Older room but very well maintained and spacious, great location, safe, for an affordable price
Pros:

Staff were very nice and helpful, they helped hold my luggage early and for check out since I had an important meeting near the area, and allowed me to check in a bit earlier. The hair dryer of the room was not working so they gave me a different one I could plug in.

Cons:

Room was a bit cold when I arrived, you need to turn the heating on which takes some time to warm up.

A localização é perfeita, o hotel fica numa rua principal e movimentada, há 1min da estação El Golf, há 5min andando do MUT.
O atendimento de todos da recepção foi muito bom!

Cons:

A incoerência do pagamento da estadia: em dólar (sem o imposto IVA) não pode ser feito em débito, só pode ser realizado em crédito ou dinheiro em espécie. Já o pagamento em peso chileno (com o imposto IVA) pode ser pago em débito.
A manutenção da estrutura do apartamento deixa a desejar, o ambiente é bem escuro, apresentava sinais evidentes de falta de conservação, papel de parede solto, móveis em estado de conservação ruim, desgastados e encardidos. Infelizmente, essas condições comprometeram o conforto e a qualidade da hospedagem.
