Pros:

Great location in Pondicherry, in the hub of French Quarter and White Town. Walkable everywhere to beach, cafés, bars, restaurants. Pool was a must in the afternoon heat. Food was great and bar had a good selection of drinks.

Cons:

Only the high humidity which is hardly the hotels fault 🤣

Nice hotel for relaxed stay at a convenient location
Pros:

Breakfast was normal, nothing special to mention. Location was very good. Most of the attractions are in walkable distance. Staff was very good, they really took effort to make my stay really good.

Cons:

There is no parking available, seems to be normal considering the location. But result was I had to park in the road infront of the hotel and some vehicle scratched my car. Another very disappointing thing is the internet speed, I was expecting a connection with a minimum download and upload speed reaching to 50Mbps. But download speed was 25Mbps max and upload speed was below 10Mbps. There were no options to increase the speed, this really impacted my work.

Super hotel for business stays in Pondy
Pros:

Generous and delicious breakfast with the choice of North or South Indian and European buffet as well as a la carte. Lovely hot drinks and freshly squeezed seasonal fruit juices.

Le personnel très gentil et serviable.
L'hôtel est très bien placé.
La piscine est très grande et toujours très propre.

Cons:

J'ai réservé une chambre pour trois personnes deux adultes et un enfant de 16 ans comme précisé dans la réservation.
J'ai été obligé de payer 30 euros de plus par nuit pour un lit supplémentaire pour mon enfant.
Alors que j'avais réservé pour trois personnes.

Les repas étaient très moyens par rapport au prix, je ne recommande pas.
Contrainte des horaires de la piscine, dommage. Et actuellement beaucoup de bruit et de poussière dû aux travaux dans le bâtiment mitoyen. Ceci est provisoire...

A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

The charming heritage hotel located in a fabulous part of Pondicherry didn’t disappoint in any way. Lovely clean spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Throughout the whole hotel there were delightful, helpful and friendly staff. The food was delicious both for breakfast and dinner with the best coffee in all of India. The pool a welcome addition at the end of the day. Located close to the beach, restaurants and shops, there was nothing not to like during our 3 night stay. Thank you

Some outdoor chairs around the verandahs could be nice or use of the roof garden in the evenings as a suggestion.
