ロケーションがいいこと

Cons:

宿泊者のほとんどは海外からの利用だと思いますが、浴室に手桶があるといいですね。
コーヒー豆が100gあり、挽いて淹れるとなるとペーパーフィルターは複数枚あった方がいいと感じました。

I won’t search for any other place to stay in Tokyo other than Ulu Tokyo.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The view was absolutely stunning, and the property itself was cozy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, making it a wonderful place to stay. The location of the house was exactly what I was looking for—far enough away from the noise and crowds of the city, yet still conveniently connected to the rest of Tokyo via metro stations just a 10-minute walk away. There's also an excellent bakery within a 10-minute walk, and only 2 minutes away you can grab a delicious, freshly brewed coffee and enjoy it by the Sumida River before setting off on your Tokyo adventure.

Cons:

Kitchen utensils can be improved, especially for the people who plan to stay longer.

Staff, accommodation and location were excellent.
Pros:

Beautiful apartment with really excellent quality of fittings and appliances.

Cons:

One thing. The sofas in the lounge area, they were made of a robust canvas style material which was heavily stained in spite of having been cleaned.

Le logement, la vue, le personnel, le quartier.

Cons:

On cherchait un quartier tranquille et ça correspondait aux attentes. Mais les 2 lignes de métro étaient à plus de 10 minutes à pied, on avait sous-estimé la taille de Tokyo et de ses quartiers.
