The size of the apartment was incredible. Our entire party was 8 adults, and we could gather here to have breakfast, watch tv, hang out at the end of the day.

The roof top rails and fencing seem unsafe.
The location is posh yet quiet . along the river ..very serene . The room is very spacious. kitchen was well stacked. Refrigerator had a complimentary wine.
no phone to get in touch with the reception. stairs are a bit narrow and the escalator is a small one

El apartamento está totalmente equipado , además en recepción te dan el café y cápsulas para lavar la ropa que necesites. El personal es super amable.
Esta un pelin lejos del centro pero aun así tienes dos paradas de metro a 10 o 15 minutos según la que elijas .
Second time at the ulu. There is no better hotel in terms of value in price. Nice and forthcoming staff, a good mix of western and japanese style and a decently central location surrounded by convenience stores and nice little restaurants.
The staff is also second to none, all of them deserve a raise 😁
Maybe a tad far to the nearest stations for people that have issues with walking on foot
Perfect apartment for our stay in Tokyo for our family if 4 , parents and 2 young adult children.
This is our 7 th visit to Japan , the first in warm weather.
What I loved
1. Being on the river with views and being able to walk along the river in all directions
2. The washing machine
3. The central location , quick walk to nearest subway and able to connect to everywhere we wanted to go in Tokyo .
4. Comfortable , very well equipped apartment typical of the Japanese attention to detail and practicality
5. Haven to come home to after the business of Tokyo
6. Convenience stores close by
7. Staff very kind and helpful
8. Fabulous modern bath, shower and toilet
9. Super comfy beds
10. Very safe , nice neighbourhood.
11. Very close to Limousine bus station to airport

Only advise is that if you have mobility issues and have big heavy suitcases than catch a taxi to hotel .
This hotel is a very good choice for guests who want to stay in Tokyo for one week or longer. The room has everything needed for a longer stay, including a refrigerator, a microwave and even a washing machine. This makes the stay much more comfortable and practical.
There are several metro stations within about 10 minutes on foot. The walk to the metro was always pleasant. The small streets around the hotel are beautiful and quiet and every time I walked from the hotel to the station, I enjoyed the atmosphere of Tokyo.
There are also several convenience stores nearby which is very useful if you need to buy something in the evening or if you forgot to bring something with you.
The best part of this hotel is the rooftop patio. It is a wonderful place to sit with your favorite drink, enjoy the view of Tokyo, look at the river and simply relax. It is also a good place to think about life and enjoy a quiet moment. For me, this rooftop area made the hotel feel special and inspiring.
I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.
The only not so positive point was the internet speed. The current internet connection was not strong enough for good-quality video calls. This was a problem for me because I needed to coordinate with my team remotely. For guests who need to work online, faster and more stable internet would be very helpful.
In summary, this is a comfortable, practical and inspiring hotel for a longer stay in Tokyo. I really enjoyed my time here and would gladly return.
Nice spacious rooms and helpful staff.
Bit of a walk to train but we expected it. Sofa was sectional so kept on getting misalligned, frame made of wood so kept on bumping toes and shins, cushions not fixed so kept on falling off. Need more english instructions for tub, heaters, stove gas etc.

Excellent room and very spacious.. river view was magnificent. All amenities available.. kitchen was well stacked.. overall a very pleasant stay.. definitely recommended for stay in tokyo. The area is calm and quiet and looks posh. Near to 7 11 so no issue in daily essentials.
Cleaning is on alternate days.. no phone in room to connect to front desk.
Endroit calme a cote de la riviere, petite bouteille de mousseux pour nous accuillir, bon café et l'excellent service à la clientele, ils se sont occupés d'un colis que j'attendais d'un autre hotel, la taille de l'apartement était ideale pour une famille de 4. des restaurants assez proche.
il faut prendre l'autobus pour se rendre au metro, mais c'est proche.
Апартаменты с шикарным видом на Сумиду! Отметил бы наличие 2 комнат, шикарный вид, собственная крыша, кухня, всякие приятные мелочи на кухне, на ресепшен и очень приветливый персонал. Тихий, спокойный район. Одно удовольствие было остановиться тут!

الفندق حوله مقهى رائع و7 eleven.
يعيبه فقط عدم وجود محطات مترو قريبة منه، اقرب وحدة على بعد 10 دقايق مشي.
Spacious apartment style room and looks just like the pics.
Comfy beds, good air con so slept well.
Enough room for luggage and for a family to spread out and not be in each other’s spaces.
10 min walk or less to local stations, convenience stores very close by.
All staff very friendly and helpful.
Can be noisy with boat traffic on the river side and construction going on down the road. Our luggage was taken to our room after transportation which was helpful as the rooms are halfway between elevator stops. Meaning you need to navigate luggage up/down half a flight of stairs. Could be disturbing to other guests if you have heavy bags.
Chambre spacieuse. Avec pyjamas et chaussons. Très bon service. Personnel très serviable et à l'écoute.
