Definitely good value.
Pros:

Small and friendly staff. We liked all the extras. Good pillows and quality bedding and towels.

And it is spotless.

The location on the sea promenade makes it a first rate option.

The breakfast was actually much more than a continental breakfast. There were vegetables and hard boiled eggs as well as yogurts, granola, bread and pastries.

We had dinner at Mifgash Bat Galim which is a gourmet Greek restaurant just across the street from the hotel. Very worthwhile though since they don’t take reservations you need to be there at 6pm when they open or be prepared to wait for a table.

A Very Disappointing Stay

The hotel and the room were clean

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The service was poor and far below what we expected. There was no hot water in the room, and the bed was positioned so close to the wall that it was very difficult to get in and out of it, especially with children.

The breakfast was also a major disappointment, with an extremely limited selection and very little variety. The beach next to the hotel was practically unusable, as it was full of rocks and muddy ground. In addition, the street outside the hotel could be quite noisy at night, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations at all, and unfortunately, we would not recommend it, especially for families with children.

מלון חמוד ופשוט. חדרים נקיים מיטה לא מאוד גדולה. צוות נחמד ועוזר.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר מאוד בסיסית וגם לא הוגשה בצורה מעוררת תיאבון. הגענו כ20 דקות לפני מועד סיום הארוחה וכבר החלו מפנים את האוכל.

A great vacation with the grandchildren and their parents
Pros:

The breakfast was good - described as a continental breakfast- but many more choices and variety including fresh vegetables and fruit. My family also enjoyed the coffee/steam milk machine in the lobby . We booked 3 family rooms and we enjoyed being all together. The rooms are small but cozy and comfortable. The staff was fabulous- so friendly and accomodating and the common areas and the rooms were clean . The kids enjoyed the puzzle and book corner and the outdoor space . The location was very convenient- minutes from the beach promenade, walk to eateries and 10 minute walk from the train station and buses to other parts of the city. My son and his family drove, and easily found parking on the street. I also liked that the communication from the time of our reservation through our stay was prompt and courteous.

Cons:

My husband was upset that the tv did not function properly. The Need to pay for parking in the hotel lot.
The beach was full of seaweed- not the hotel management's fault but not pleasant to be in the water because of it.
