第一次住到警鈴無緣無故大作的飯店令人憤怒

我9月11入住5樓501房因為相信你們品質我連住兩晚，結果半夜警鈴大作，早上又警鈴大作一次，感受極差睡眠品質大受影響，員工當晚也毫無作為及補償，員工教育這麼失敗的嗎？真失火我是不是就要死在裡面？，請問我今天是沒有付錢還是有少給一毛錢嗎？隔天詢問員工也只是被敷衍系統問題潦草帶過，我是什麼很賤的人嗎？
