A really nice hotel close to all attractions and staff is amazing.
Pros:

The staff are amazing! Anything you need they will gladly help you with.

Cons:

No blinds so once it’s morning the whole room gets light. Also it’s not really a 4 star hotel.

Pros:

El personal es súper amable, con recogida de maletas incluida, gracias a Jose, a la llegada del puerto de Tortuguero. Se ubica en la zona del pueblo cercana a la entrada del parque nacional, muy cerca andando a la zona más céntrica y comercial también.

Desde el hotel se encargaron de gestionar varios tours, un paseo nocturno y otro paseo en bote por el parque. Ambos resultaron fantásticos, nuestro guía Bernie fue magnífico, simpático y con un conocimiento sobre animales, flora y cultura que nos ayudó mucho a entender la historia del lugar y a ver y conocer muchas especies de animales distintas en ambos tours.

Por último, destacar también la comodidad de la habitación y un fantástico desayuno típico costarricense cada mañana, muy completo y abundante.

Everything was amazing and we really enjoyed.
Pros:

Amazing place in the jungle with very nice people. Everything was great, good breakfast and very nice and clean room.
We booked boat and hking tours at the hotel and had a very good guide.

Spotless and very comfortable.
Pros:

Great breakfast and the room was kept spotless.

Cons:

Beware when paying or booking a tour that they don't switch from dollars to colones at an old rate of 500. The rate is much lower now. Always pay in dollars if they try to do this. It would have cost us an extra $150 if we had let them do this.

Pura Vida !
Pros:

Un accueil au top ! Depuis le moment de la réservation, plusieurs semaines avant, jusqu’au jour du départ, le staff de l’hôtel a été aux petits soins. Mention spéciale à Cooper. Il a tout fait pour que nous passions un superbe séjour. Il nous a organisé de très belles activités et grâce à lui, nous avons pu profiter des splendeurs de Tortugero.

Schöne Unterkunft.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist in Tortuguero sicher eine der besten. Sie ist modern und die Räume sind großzügig. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und sehr lecker!

Der Transport vom Hafen in la Pavona wurde super organisiert. Alles hat problemlos geklappt. Wir wurden dann am Hafen in Tortuguero abgeholt und mit einem Gepäckwagen zur Unterkunft gebracht. Das Personal war hier sehr hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Leider sind die Touren über das Hotel zum Teil deutlich teurer als bei Anbietern im Dorf.

Die Küche in den Zimmern ist nicht zum kochen ausgestattet. Es gibt keinen Herd. Die Schubladen waren alle leer. Sie dient wohl eher zur Deko :)

Tortuguero : paradis tropical. Chutt. Ne venez pas trop nombreux
Pros:

Petits déjeuners exceptionnels, tout le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Les chambres sont très bien équipées avec un grand confort. Enfin, le parc de Tortuguero est à 5mn à pied. Beaucoup de bons restaurants aux alentours. Bref, un séjour idyllique !
