Good, except Ramaz.
Pros:

Overall, I really liked the location.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with an employee named Ramaz, if I remember his name correctly. We arrived as a group of five families, and after a long journey, I approached the reception desk to collect our keys.

After me, the other four families arrived. However, for some reason, I received our keys only 15–20 minutes later, while he continued serving the other families who had arrived after me.

When I asked why this had happened, his response was simply, “You were just unlucky.” I also asked him to give me the keys first, but he more or less ignored my request.

After such a long journey, this was certainly not the level of service or attitude I expected from the staff.

موقع مميز على الطريق واطلالة الغرفة جداً جميله على الجبال اخذت غرفة رقم 507 عبارة عن استوديو مساحة 34 سرير مزودج وجلسه وطاولة طعام ومطبخ كامل الادوات وحمام فيه شطاف وغساله ، استقبال رائع وفطور مميز في مبنى اخر اطلالته حلوه وفيه جلسات داخليه وخارجيه ، ويوجد به مطعم جورجي من المطاعم المميزه بالمنطقه ، انصح فيه وبقوه 👍🏻

Excellent bargain
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, TV was a bonus. The reception was very warm and helpfuk

Pros:

The staff was friendly, and the rooms had all the necessary amenities. Towels, coffee, tea, and water were replenished daily. The location is easy to reach, but the property sits right next to a busy road. It can get very noisy due to 24/7 heavy truck traffic.

Cons:

I booked the cheapest room and realized the windows faced the road. It gets very noisy in the summer because you can't keep the windows open due to the traffic outside. This likely won't be an issue in the winter when windows remain closed. If you stay here in warm weather, make sure to book a room facing the opposite side.

מקום נחמד לכמה לילות, החדרים טובים
Pros:

קיבלנו מקום עם שני חדרים עם דלת מפרידה, החדרים לא קטנים ויש גם מטבח שזה מאוד נחמד למשפחות.

Cons:

הארוחת בוקר הייתה לא טובה, אוכל קר גם למשל חביתה ונקניקייה שאמורים להגיע חמים, ומבחר מאוד מצומצם. לא היו מתקנים לילדים

Beautiful Views.
Pros:

Quite a good property with good parking space and good views. All required amenities are available in the room such as stove top, fridge, utensils, cutlery, washing machine etc. We came here by car so had a good secure parking for our car. Spar and Carrefour are a few minutes drive nearby and so are the restaurants.
Rooms are cleaned every day and overall cleanliness is very well maintained. You have elevators to take you up to the rooms and there is a good restaurant in the hotel itself for breakfast and all meals.

Cons:

In the summer time the room may get quite warm especially when the sun is on the western side of the hotel. At night I felt that the room needed some ventilation as there is no air conditioning so we partly opened the door upper side for air circulation, it may lead to some flying insects entering.
