כל מה שתרצו ממלון.
Pros:

שירות טוב, נקי מאוד, מאובזר היטב, ארוחת בוקר גדולה ונפלאה (לא קונטיננטלית כמו שמופיע באתר), חימום מעולה. מרפסת קטנה ומקסימה בכל חדר. מסעדת המלון, לא כלולה, אבל האוכל פשוט מצוין עם מחירים טובים. בקיצור, ממש אהבנו!!

חדר משחקי ילדים עלוב. טעון שיפור.

Мы останавливались в этом отеле всей семьёй в августе нас было шестеро . Остались очень довольны проживанием.
Номер был очень просторный, чистый, красивый и хорошо ухоженный. Для большой семьи места было достаточно, всё было удобно и комфортно.

Отдельно хочется отметить сотрудника на входе Рамазана. Очень приветливый, вежливый и доброжелательный человек. На все наши вопросы он спокойно отвечал и всегда старался помочь. Благодаря таким людям чувствуешь себя в отеле действительно как дома.
Если снова будем в Гудаури, с удовольствием остановимся здесь ещё раз…

Very pleasant stay and excellent service from Ramaz at reception.
Pros:

We stayed here with my family and had a very good experience. The place was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. Ramaz at reception was especially helpful and friendly. He made us feel welcome and helped with everything we needed. We really appreciated his hospitality and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing really. Everything was fine during our stay.

La struttura è pulita e in una buona zona. La colazione era buona.

Cons:

La colazione era servita nell'altra struttura vicino, buona ma la seconda mattina essendo in pochi, invece di farci il buffet ci hanno servito a tavola e c'era meno scelta. Abbiamo chiesto il porridge, che era disponibile la mattina prima, ma non potevano farcelo.

Pros:

We had spacious and clean apartment.
The breakfast we had was one of the best in Georgia. There were magnificent views from windows.

Cons:

Hotel is located few meters from the main road so there is quite traffic even at night.

Poor service. During the check in one guy( he is worker or who we didn’t understand as he doesn’t know english started to rudely do the remarks for our kids and for us like we don’t look after our children when they just running at the reception. Poor welcome and host
