Pros:

We had spacious and clean apartment.
The breakfast we had was one of the best in Georgia. There were magnificent views from windows.

Cons:

Hotel is located few meters from the main road so there is quite traffic even at night.

Poor service. During the check in one guy( he is worker or who we didn’t understand as he doesn’t know english started to rudely do the remarks for our kids and for us like we don’t look after our children when they just running at the reception. Poor welcome and host

Cons:

Wellnessbereich im Sommer geschlossen. Keine Informationen dazu auf der Homepage oder sonst wo. Haben es erst erfahren als wir gefragt hatten, wo der Bereich denn zu finden sei. Wir haben extra die Regentage überbrücken wollen aber wurden hier bitter enttäuscht.
Hatten die Superior Suite gebucht, leider nicht sehr sauber und die Wände etc könnten etwas Farbe bzw. Pflege benötigen. Man sieht die Abnutzung von allem sehr gut.

Overall, I really liked the location.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with an employee named Ramaz, if I remember his name correctly. We arrived as a group of five families, and after a long journey, I approached the reception desk to collect our keys.

After me, the other four families arrived. However, for some reason, I received our keys only 15–20 minutes later, while he continued serving the other families who had arrived after me.

When I asked why this had happened, his response was simply, “You were just unlucky.” I also asked him to give me the keys first, but he more or less ignored my request.

After such a long journey, this was certainly not the level of service or attitude I expected from the staff.

موقع مميز على الطريق واطلالة الغرفة جداً جميله على الجبال اخذت غرفة رقم 507 عبارة عن استوديو مساحة 34 سرير مزودج وجلسه وطاولة طعام ومطبخ كامل الادوات وحمام فيه شطاف وغساله ، استقبال رائع وفطور مميز في مبنى اخر اطلالته حلوه وفيه جلسات داخليه وخارجيه ، ويوجد به مطعم جورجي من المطاعم المميزه بالمنطقه ، انصح فيه وبقوه 👍🏻
