Ideal, um Dortmund zu besuchen.
Pros:

Die Lage am Westfalendamm hört sich erstmal nicht so prickelnd an. Aber mit einem Zimmer nach hinten, ist das kein Problem. Dann sind Parkplätze und die Tiefgarage kostenfrei! Wo findet man sowas noch?
Als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren in DO und Umgebung, ist der Standort nahezu perfekt. Denn auch die Tram ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Alles gut, für ein paar Tage geht es auch ohne Kleiderschrank.
