Pros:

Todo! Son muy amables tanto la recepción como la cocinera.
Servicio encantador. Vistas increíbles y habitaciones bonita y cómoda.
Desayuno completo.

Cons:

La piscina es más pequeña que en fotos.
Y no pasaron a limpiar las habitaciones en 3 días.
El único inconveniente es que no tiene servicio de comidas/cenas si quieres comer ahí, únicamente desayuno o pedir la comida por una app.

Peaceful luxurious stay
Pros:

All the staff are amazing, willing to help at all times. The location has a spectacular view of the castle (rock formation) and the village. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful with lots of variety. Loved the pool and the terrace. Would definitely recommend.

Pros:

The views and access to the town centres. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Staff were incredibly friendly, informative and helpful, despite the language barrier.

Cons:

My jacuzzi tub was broken for most of my stay. The laundry took 2 days to complete. The infinity pool was smaller than anticipated.

A 15min à pied (attention dénivelé !) des commerces

Cons:

À savoir : La piscine est vraiment toute petite. Heureusement il n’y avait personne en même temps que nous. Et la vue fait tout oublier
Il faudrait installer des transats sur la terrasse pour plus de confort que des chaises
Dommage de ne pas pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner à l’extérieur
Il serait pas mal que le personnel du petit déjeuner apprennent les essentiels en anglais.

Mi experiencia en Portal Capadoccia ha sido simplemente excepcional. Un hotel precioso, con muchísimo encanto y una atención que ha superado todas mis expectativas. Sin duda, uno de esos lugares que hacen que un viaje sea todavía más especial. ¡Estoy encantado con mi estancia!

Sinceramente, no hay nada importante que no me haya gustado. Mi experiencia ha sido muy positiva y he quedado muy satisfecho con la estancia y el trato recibido.

Una estancia muy agradable. El alojamiento tiene excelentes vistas y está situado en una zona muy tranquila, perfecta para descansar y disfrutar de Capadocia. El personal es muy amable, atento y servicial, siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
El desayuno es bueno y completo. La piscina tiene el tamaño justo para relajarse y disfrutarla, y además cuenta con unas vistas espectaculares que hacen que el momento sea todavía más especial.
Otro punto a favor es que se puede aparcar sin ningún problema, algo muy cómodo si se viaja en coche.
En conjunto, un lugar muy recomendable por su tranquilidad, sus vistas y, especialmente, por la atención del personal. Volveríamos sin duda.

The staff was so sweet and helpful! The location in the village was great because being in a heated pool on a cold night looking at the castle was just great 👍

Beautiful and relaxing in a typical turkish way

INCREÍBLE SIN PALABRAS NO LONDUDES…
Pros:

Las vistas de la terraza es increíble y la pisicina impresionante aunque es un poco pequeña al a ver muy pocas habitaciones no hay problema te puedes bañar sin problema

Si quieres una cerveza o las que quieras los dos chicos que trabajan allí te la traen e incluso se anticipan y te proponen si quieres algo mientras te bañas

Las habitaciones corresponden a un hotel 5 estrellas de Europa son INCREÍBLES DE VERAS…

EL MEJOR HOTEL QUE HE ESTADO EN TODA MI VIDA IDEAL PARA DESCONECTAR Y DISFRUTAR CON CALIDAD
