Perfekte Lage für einen Städtetrip und gleichzeitig sehr sauber mit netten Mitarbeitern / Service
Pros:

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, die uns direkt bei Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen haben. Bis das Zimmer fertig war - deutlich vor der Check In Zeit - haben wir ein paar Tipps für einen kurzen Spaziergang bekommen. Auch bei Fragen zu den Bussen wurde uns sehr umfassend erklärt, wie wir am besten an unser Ziel kommen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist für den Besuch der Stadt hervorragend gelegen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, große Auswahl und sehr lecker.

Pros:

Limpio, cómodo, muy bien situado para con autobús estar en la zona amurallada. Muy bien, y el personal muy atento y complaciente

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue lo algo angosto que es el parking sobre todo si llevas un coche grande, pero todo lo demás es perfecto

No hot water!
Cons:

Stayed here 2 nights and advised reception on 1st day that only luke warm water was running from the shower and sink which was not hot enough for showers. I was advised it was too late to do anything at that time of night and to check again in the morning.

In the morning I raised this again as the water had gone from luke warm to freezing . I was advised later that afternoon it had been fixed which it had not been. They simply fixed it to luke warm water again

I had to chase the reception staff constantly the entire day to say the water running is not hot and there are 3 people staying in our room who have not been able to shower and how quickly can this be fixed.

I was assured the issue would be fixed that evening, I stated that if it cannot be resolved can we have access to alternative showers, but nothing was offered or even an alternative room. That evening even then the issue had not been resolved

In the morning of checkout the technician had only turned the temperature up slightly from luke warm to warm which was still not hot enough for showers.

For the amount of money I paid I would have expected to be offered an alternative room or even a partial credit considering we did not have access to hot water

Under consumer protection laws and standard hospitality regulations a hotel is legally required to provide hot water!!!

I have stayed in many hotels and never had an issue with getting access to hot water.. This hotel clearly didnt understand what hot water meant .

Alt i alt var det godt, dog var koldt morgenmad ikke 20-euro værd.
Pros:

Beliggendhed , receptionisterne og vores værelser ♥️

Cons:

At varme ting til morgenmad var kolde og stod sådan fra kl.07:00( æg, spejlæg, bacon, pølser m.m)
Personale generelt ved morgenmad var meste på deres telefoner, selv om der manglede ting rundt omkring.

A gold standard on how all hotels should be run / managed.
Pros:

Best hotel we have ever stayed in. Such great staff and rooms. Small & large shops within 5 minutes walk from hotel and a bus stop is located right beside the hotel which takes you into Dubrovnik’s beautiful historical city centre in about 10-15 minutes! Amazing hotel on all counts.

Everyone and everything was super.
