Quiet Lovely room, large and comfortable mattress. Very Helpful staff.
Pillows, lack of luggage storage meaning bags left in reception, hot breakfast buffet items were cold and limited bread. Checkout time was not explain on arrival to be 10am, expected more normal time of 11am
The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They genuinely made extra effort to assist me with all my questions.
Also, I was warmly greeted upon arrival & every time I returned to the hotel during my stay.
The location is great for anyone arriving by ferry.
You can walk to the hotel in about 20 minutes.
Also, a bus stop is next to the hotel and busses will take you to the old town or outside the city.
There are restaurants, supermarkets and a shopping mall near by.
My room was modern and clean. It had a mini fridge and satellite TV.
The shower was open concept. But did have two settings (handheld or fixed shower head).
Great Location- ribola supermarket and bus stop ( for old town)just few metres away from hotel entrance. Close to lot of shops/ restaurants and market/ marina. The location feels very local away from tourist area. We got the spacious penthouse suite with balcony room which was the best room in the whole hotel. The room was modern and comfortable with plenty of seating and storage. The reception staff were friendly/ helpful and welcoming.
Nothing really. The Nespresso pod provided were not great. We had to request a kettle to make our tea and get some cups from hotel restaurant . All minor things. Overall highly recommend this hotel.
The room was clean and comfortable, the internet connection was great, the beds were so comfy and the size of the room was decent. good amnesties in the room. the breakfast was decent however not so rich. great and fast check in.the location is ok and far from noisy places and close somehow to the port of ferries. there is a bus station right at the hotel building which was helpful.

Wer das nicht mag, soll wissen im Hotel ist ziemlich dunkel.
Nice location, polite and professional staff on reception (10/10), nice bar/restaurant staff (8/10), nice room, nice bathroom, rain shower, free wifi, bus stop to the old town and to the airport outside the hotel
Price of hotel was too high, breakfast not included in the price of the hotel, fridge did not work, bathroom shower area not very clean, disabled toilet on the ground floor was out of order throughout our stay, no secure and private storage for luggage, it is just left in the lobby.
I liked the fact that it was effectively halfway between the Old town and the bus station/port - super friendly staff, notably Marta; floor to ceiling windows; balcony; fridge; welcome bottle of water; a great one touch button system to indicate whether you want room cleaned or not; slippers; shaving mirror; excellent towels; excellent selection of TV channels across many languages; the hotel overall was very quiet; bakery just steps away as is a major supermarket; plenty of outlets for your electronics; luggage rack
Difficult to complain about a room that you received a free upgrade for (Thank you!!); about the only thing I can say negatively is that the curtains are a necessary evil as they keep things private and at the same time block out the sun; once closed they are not simple or quick to open and in fact near the balcony door they were snagged in places; mine were shut for the duration and sadly the floor to ceiling windows were not taken full advantage of; perhaps some blinds that you can open or shut quicker when and if necessary; the rest of my comments are very minor with the fridge and the wall unit had to be lined up just so for doors to close and/or open; there was no breakfast but I knew that when I booked; it is on a busy stretch of road but all manageable with earplugs
Lage zur Altstadt sehr gut, auch fußläufig erreichbar oder mit dem Linienbus vor der Tür.
Unser Zimmer mit großem Balkon und Blick zum Hafen war perfekt, die angenehme Größe und moderne, neuwertige Ausstattung tragen zum Wohlfühlen bei. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Tiefgarage ist ein Vorteil.

El desayuno no fue muy variado . El huevo estaba frío. No había panes y el costo fue alto para lo q nos dieron .
Super Lage. Die Bushaltestelle zur Altstadt ist direkt vor dem Hotel. In 10 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt. Rund um das Hotel sind viele Restaurants (wir empfehlen das Restoran Zrinski und das Kavana-Bistro 'Stara Kuća'). Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war groß und hatte einen tollen Balkon mit verschiebbaren Sonnenschutz. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage. Das Frühstück war für Kroatische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig an Optionen.
