Excellent location, superb hotel, and outstanding staff.
Pros:

This hotel is exceptional, boasting a truly wonderful staff. If it were possible, I would readily award them 50 stars instead of 10. The hotel's location is superb, offering convenient proximity to streets lined with numerous shops and cafes. Despite this, the immediate street where the hotel is situated remains remarkably calm and quiet. The cleanliness throughout the premises is impeccable; even a microbiologist would find no work here. Every request we made was addressed promptly and precisely. This is an outstanding hotel, and I extend my highest recommendations and sincere gratitude to the staff.

First time in Japan
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and convenient subway stations. The accommodations worked very well for our family of five, especially considering how small many hotel rooms are in Tokyo. It was still a little tight, but it was much more practical and affordable than booking two separate rooms. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Our only adjustment as Americans was getting used to the Japanese-style bedding on the floor. This is not a complaint against the hotel it is simply a cultural difference that took some getting used to.

We would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Great location—close to the train station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
