房間乾淨整潔，設備都很新
Pros:

我們住了日式、西式房間，比較推薦西式房間，坪數大小差不多，但西式房比較方便開行李箱，附近餐廳很多、百貨公司也很多

Cons:

池袋分店和錦系町分店，錦系町分店裡車站比較近，池袋飯店離車站真的有段距離~

the service staff manipulates and steals our things

We have stayed in the Pokemon room of this hotel, the room was what we expected, unfortunately the service is not up to par, the second day we left at 9:00 we returned at 19:00, the room was not clean and we did not even have clean towels on our return. Due to the rush to make the ckeck out, we forgot a bag with 4 perfumes and medicines that we had bought, we have sent an email to see if they were there and they confirm that they were, that we could pick it up, to our surprise the bag was missing two perfumes and a medicine poop was open and manipuald. After waiting 30 minutes they tell us that they have checked the cameras and everything is in order. On the one hand we are grateful to recover PART of what we have forgotten and on the other hand it is very sad that someone from the hotel has manipulated and stolen our things, what is most sad is that they themselves send me a photo that our things were there with the boxes closed and then when they delivered a box it was open and two perfumes were missing, it is frustrating to feel a feeling of insecurity where you stay and of course a bad service and customer service

My older 2 kids loved it. Would come back again, this time with my husband and my youngest too! (:
Pros:

Love how friendly the staff are and how cozy and spacious the room was for the 3 of us! I was travelling alone with my 7 and 9 year old and enjoyed the 5 nights stay at Mimaru. It's also great that the family mart was just a minute walk away.

Cons:

Didnt like that we had to walk a good approx 15 minutes to the train station. My kids are still young so they got tired easily... we spent quite abit on taxis instead. Ikebukuro station isnt exactly very easy to navigate either so we got lost alot in the 5 days trying to find our way back to the hotel (google maps are useless in the subway) lol.
But the "red light district" didnt faze us one bit... it felt pretty ok tbh.

フロントのスタッフの対応が丁寧でよかった！
部屋も広く、小学生２人含め4人で宿泊でしたが、1人に1台シングルベッドで寝れたのでとても快適でした。
