Gutes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Durch contactless check-in hat man keine*n Ansprechpartner*in, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.
Wenn man Cheltenham selber besuchen will ist es doch weit draussen und die Busse fahren maximal all paar Stunden. Für einen Stop auf dem Cotswolds Way aber gut gelegen.
Clean and comfortable. Good location and parking.
Breakfast was good.
Due to disabilities we booked a ground floor room with a walk in shower.
When we arrived the room had been moved to the first floor which only had an over bath shower.This meant that my wife had to climb a flight of stairs several times - a real challenge due to her hip and knee replacements.
Great stay in this hotel. Excellent value, clean and comfortable, and a good restaurant. Close to the Cotswolds Way and Dunkertons Cider Farm.
Great location for us and very reasonably priced
If in the the attic rooms the bathroom windows aren’t great and only velux roof windows so cannot look out. We wish we knew this before as I would have asked for a different room. Also I had two heavy cases I had to get up 2 flights of stairs

Bed is too small and uncomfortable. Every bed in each room should be a king size bed at least.
Pillow covers were dirty and had makeup on them.
Shower was terrible, no pressure whatsoever.
Hand towels were dirty and had hairs on them.
Toilet seat broken and every time you flushed it, it made a trickling sound all night.
Wardrobe door wouldn't close.
Heated towel rail weren't working as the lead had been cut.
General upkeep and maintenance of rooms should be heavily considered because you would actually attract more guests

Het was niet erg schoon. De deuren, vensterbanken en radiatoren worden standaard overgeslagen bij de schoonmaak, net als de lampenknopjes. Bed matig comfortabel en alles erg gehorig. Je haar wassen in dit hotel is niet mogelijk: de waterdruk is echt heel erg laag.
Not a Boutique Hotel as advertised. No fridge. Got an email a couple od days before check in saying that it was a contactless hotel and no staff were present on site? Weird as someone seemed to be there to sort out breakfast, but I never spoke to anyone and we ate out.
