Pros:

we liked the location, walking distance from some attractions, we liked the layout of the room . it was comfertable.
the luggage delivery service to the airport was great .

Cons:

we didnt like the fact that we recieved only 4 towels although we order for 5 people ( 4 beds + one bedshare) please change this policy.

Pros:

The staff are very helpful. Exceptional service. I love that its close to everything especially the train stations. They also facilitated my luggage transfer. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A great hotel, not to be missed!
Pros:

This was our second stay at MIMARU Osaka Shinsaibashi NORTH, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, easily accessible to multiple subway lines, convenience stores, and the vibrant Shinsaibashi shopping street, all within walking distance. We booked the Hime room for our 7-night stay, and it was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean throughout. Our 1.5-year-old son absolutely loved the room and had the time of his life during our stay. What truly made this experience special was the wonderful front desk team. Every staff member was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making our family feel extremely comfortable and welcomed.

One especially heartwarming moment was when the team noticed that our son would greet the Darumas in the lobby every time we headed out or returned to the hotel. Before we left, they surprised us with a lovely handwritten card and even handmade a paper Daruma for him to bring home. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture. Thank you! Sorry we didn't get the names of the team members which we should have! We would like to specially shout out to the Taiwanese Front Desk Team who took extra care of us even prior to our arrival to the hotel, providing recommendations and being such a sweet encounter!

Even a week after checking out, our son still happily greets the paper Daruma at home as if he were still in Osaka.

Thank you for creating such beautiful memories for our family. We truly appreciate the kindness and hospitality, and we look forward to staying again next time!

Osaka trip stay
Pros:

This place is great in location few step away from subway station. Atmosphere is clean and cozy. Room is big and clean. For such location for me I think is value. The noise level is acceptable since it not on main road. Staff is friendly and we'll speak in English.
