Awesome location to the old town area.
Pros:

The breakfast was great and my wife was excited about the quiche. Your staff is friendly welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. The facility and staff are awesome.

Cons:

The noise I can hear from the neighboring rooms is a little more than I expected. The room doors seem to slam shut and it's a little startling, at first.

The young man that checked me in was polite, and professional.

Cons:

The woman who checked me out was a little uppity, and informed me that because I used a 3rd party booking site I didn't qualify for the free breakfast.

I felt like they were deceptive about their breakfast. It didn't say breakfast available..... which means breakfast is available if you would like to purchase it......it just said great breakfast.....also I was charged for parking in Flagstaff Az..... I'm sure it is one of the only or few in Flagstaff that takes advantage of their guest by charging parking....Land is certainly not a premium in Flagstaff, AZ
I needed a hotel in Salt Lake City the next night, but didn't consider Hampton Place. I'm not paying for parking or breakfast if I'm traveling in the west. There are plenty of.hotels that offer a free breakfast and free parking.
I won't be back!!
