I felt like I had been taken advantage of.
Pros:

I liked the hotel

Cons:

I felt like they were deceptive about their breakfast. It didn't say breakfast available..... which means breakfast is available if you would like to purchase it......it just said great breakfast.....also I was charged for parking in Flagstaff Az..... I'm sure it is one of the only or few in Flagstaff that takes advantage of their guest by charging parking....Land is certainly not a premium in Flagstaff, AZ
I needed a hotel in Salt Lake City the next night, but didn't consider Hampton Place. I'm not paying for parking or breakfast if I'm traveling in the west. There are plenty of.hotels that offer a free breakfast and free parking.
I won't be back!!

Great room, went down from there.
Pros:

The room was great. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean.

Cons:

The evening staff were not professional. The two young ladies were talking about guests, management, typical job talk but inappropriate for public listening.
I was disappointed in the food from The Placery, The pizza was ok. The chicken sandwich was extremely overcooked and dry. The fries were good.
