I checked in. went out on the town, slept and checked out the next morning.
Pros:

Did not do the breakfast. Location fairly close to downtown. Great view of the mountains from the 3rd floor room facing north which I had.

Cons:

Nothing. Very good Hotel.

Pros:

Room good and clean stuff friendly

Cons:

There is railroad close to hotel and During the each night train couple times made horrible noise and not let me sleep properly. Also window not open in room so no access to fresh air only ac.

Excellent customer service, great location and very clean cozy rooms.
Pros:

The location was perfect for getting to the Lowell observatory easily. There were also many food options near by.

Cons:

I wouldn't want to be near the main road next time, the cars were loud.

Pros:

nothing much, wasn’t impressed

Cons:

the room was dirty and disgusting.
the walls are thin and can hear everybody on the same level close their room door
bed was dirty and uncomfortable
not a good area. people hanging out in parking lot not worth the $8 parking fee.

Great stay, however, disappointment with no complimentary coffee
Pros:

The location and area was quiet - the rooms were very nice size, enjoyed that finally, there is good amount of space.

Cons:

Unfortunately since check out is 11 am, there was no complimentary coffee. The coffee is put away at 10am. That was not expected AT ALL. Very disappointed and that information was not given at check out.
