Location was convenient, 5-10 minutes away walking to the metro station, gym was very good and clean. Grocery stores located right outside the property. Nice view and ambiance at the property's restaurant.
Breakfast was decent, staff tried to be nice and accommodating, though when I mentioned to staff that I still didn't have my coffee after ordering it for more than 40 minutes ago and seeing that other patrons who walked in after me were already served the entire breakfast, I didn't even receive an apology, only a "oh well' stare and "let me see on your order, as we are busy"
Daily room cleaning was not thorough, the used tea pot sat in my room for a few days until I physically had to move it outside of my room. Dust and stains were observed in the room. Toilet paper was removed from my room and not replaced after one of the cleanings. The key card had to be reprogrammed almost every day at the reception as it would stop working randomly.

Отель - это прям любовь с первого взгляда. Внутри все супер современно. Очень чисто. все продумано до мелочей. есть все что нужно, и все что нужно - очень качественное, техника по последнему слову. Дизайн- впечатляет!!! Очень много растений, в комнатах оранжерея. А в общественных пространствах - сады! ОЧЕНЬ вкусные завтраки - ресторан на крыше, Там и обзор и взрыв вкуса! Ужинали тоже в отеле, так как там все рестораны очень уютные и еда вкусная. Если хотите комфорта, то только в этот отель!
Well located hotel close to public transport and good walking distance to many main sites. Spacious room with a lot of comfort and good amenities. Really happy to have booked a suite and have the balcony - friend I was traveling with is a smoker so it was a particularly good feature for him. As Tbilisi is such a busy city, having the parking garage was ideal. Dined in the restaurant on the 7th floor a few times - good choices and quality and top service. There was a minor issue after we checked in and David in reception was able to sort everything out easily and to our satisfaction.
