The rooms were clean and the location of the property was good.

Cons:

Only the breakfast options, the menu is really small for guests residing more than 2-3 days, the options become monotonous and you will have to choose from the available 2-3 options.

Though the options in breakfast were good but limited from options perspective.

I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tbilisi.
Pros:

What an amazing stay we had! The property is beautifully furnished, with great attention to every detail. The staff were extremely accommodating and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tbilisi.

Also, amazing upstairs restaurant and great sushi bar!

Worked for a long weekend, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The hotel room was great - wonderful bed, bathroom, I liked the style of the furnishings. I also asked for a quiet room and they definitely delivered on that! We could walk to old town in 10 minutes and it was on many bus lines (the public transit in Tbilisi is extraordinarily easy to use, new, and cheap)

Cons:

The pictures make it look like it is a lush hotel overlooking the mountains. Rather, it's on a busy street, on the opposite side from the river. It was a bit disappointing to arrive to.

Pros:

Хороший отель, в целом номер был хороший, из минусов - недоокошко на мостовую) (но у нас был первый этаж, и опять же минус незначительный)
Отличные, очень вкусные завтраки - советую брать однозначно.
Также плюсом - просторная, комфортабельная подземная парковка 24/7, это очень существенный плюс в Тбилиси, где с парковками в целом тяжело.
