the room looks good and modern, the shower is excellent and so is the breakfast. The friends in the reception are very helpful. we really enjoyed.

Чудесный бутик отель в тихом центре Тбилиси.
Здесь очень уютные номера с дизайнерским подходом к оформлению. Грузинский колорит во всем👍🔥
В номерах все чисто и свежо. Сантехника новая, кровать и подушки очень удобные, все новое и белоснежное. Тапочки и халаты- все на высшем уровне.
Есть номера, где почти нет окон, маленькие форточки под потолком. Если для вас важны окна, напишите об этом в отель заранее.
В отеле есть ресторан, который находится, как будь то во внутреннем дворе утопающем в зелени. Очень стильный.
Кухню мы не опробовали, тк у нас были зарезервированы другие рестораны.
Завтраки Аля карта мы брать не стали. Цена на 1 человека 50 лари. Дороговато…. Мы завтракали в других местах, их в Тбилиси очень много.
На рецепшен работают очень приветливые девушки. Решили все наши вопросы. Нам нужна была морозилка. Они любезно согласились принять наши продукты и сохранили их.
Мы рекомендуем этот отель от всех души🙏

Красивый дизайн номеров, хорошие завтраки с красивым видом.
Не было указано при бронировании, что в комнате нет окна, а балкон - имитация.
Не работали ключи вечером, утром невозможно было открыть дверь в корпус снаружи. И в целом сама схема подниматься по лестнице с улицы в другой корпус - неоч удобная, мы тоже не знали о ней заранее.
Утром в ванной пахло канализацией

De kinderen vonden de slaapbank slecht liggen. Het ontbijt was echt heel erg goed, maar wel erg prijzig (20 euro pp)
Finally we found a beautiful, comfortable stay here, in Tbilisi. What I loved most is attention to details, absolutely everything you might need is provided, all the essentials. We loved the design of the common space and rooms. Pillows and linen are the best. And the main pros is PARKING, which is very hard to find in other hotels. We will be staying here again.
My only recommendation will be to pay attention to the staff. There is so much put in this place but unfortunately some incompetent staff members significantly lower the overall standard of the hotel.

دخلنا للغرف متأخر و بصراحة واجهتنا مشكلة في نقل الشنط، لأن المبنى ما فيه مصعد وكان من الصعب جدًا حمل الشنط وصعود الدرج…
the breakfast
Location was great, a 20/25 minute slow stroll with young children into the centre of Tbilisi and 5/10 minute walk from a number of restaurants situated in different hotels. Brilliant views from the rooftop restaurant and a decent menu selection for adults. The family room was a good size with a large bathroom that included a bath (huge bonus travelling with toddlers). The hotel is a nice design and modern.
The hotel lacked any child friendly facilities. No baby changing in the hotel toilets, and one singular highchair in the whole hotel which had seen better days with a broken strap. No children's menu and very unaccommodating of allergies, even when translated into the local language. Somehow the children's food always came out last, even when it was requested to come first. We waited over 45 minutes for 2 boiled eggs one morning. Some of the staff were borderline rude and dismissive and others seemed indifferent - couldn't answer basic questions or got orders wrong. There were two friendlier staff who were happy to chat and were welcoming.
Housekeeping also walked into our occupied room unannounced to set up a baby cot (my husband was with the children and I had just stepped out the shower...) and the next day we had to call twice for our room to be cleaned at 4pm.
