Wszystko tak jak w opisie, polecam
Pros:

Czysto, schludnie, lokalizacja super, praktycznie w samym centrum zabytkowym, tuż obok restauracja oraz sklep.
Klucze co prawda trzeba było odebrać w recepcji (2min od apartamentu), ale Pan ładnie wytłumaczył i zaprowadził nas do naszego lokum

Все чудово
Pros:

Ми залишалися на одну ніч, тому що перенесли рейс і забронювали найдешевший номер, але були дуже здивовані що нам абгрейднули на номер у сусідньому готелі Рейна на більш комфортніший. Готель Рейна після ремонту, номер чистий зі всім необхідним.

Pros:

Le personnel DU JOUR est bien gentils, cooperatifs, les chambres sont correctes, connexion wifi good, bon emplacelemnt, accées rapide aux grande rues Sultan Ahmed et cemberlitas, moyens de transport donc aussi, petis resto+ grande surface juste a coté

Cons:

Le receptioniste du SOIR ( tjrs le meme durant notre sejour) , un jeun homme froid et impolis.
arrivé à 06h00 du matin ,apres une nuit de vol , il nous a laissé seul, sans aucune information à la reception et sorti sans dire meme qu'il aller partir ou aurevoir, il nous a fallu demander de l'aide du receptioniste d'un autre hotel adjaçent pour qu'il appel qulqu'un pour leur confier nos bagages, le temps de sortir faire un tour en attendant l'heure de check-in, heureusment que la femme de menage ete trop gentille, nous a rassuré et nous a pris en charge
il nous a dit apres le soir qu'il a quitté parcequ'il avait terminé son service !!
Son colleque a notre retour, beaucoup plus professionel a sauvé la situation en nous offrant une belle chambre, merci à lui aussi.

Attention: il ya deux etablissements totalement differents, au standing totalement different aussi, les photos qui sont sur cette annonce sont de la reine et non pas arinna, exigez les photos de l'etablissement que vous avez payé !

Nähe Bazar.

Cons:

Keine gute Unterstützung. Unfreundliche Personal.
Ich musste 1 Stunden abwarten bis ich Zimmer bekomme.
Mir wurde gesagt sie rufen Taxi wenn ich brauche,aber sie waren nicht da.
Personal war nicht da.
Dusche war kaputt.

Cons:

I have never stayed at this place, since I have never visited Istambul. I have reserved, and asked for free cancellation at the same moment. I have contacted the owner through WhatsApp, email and booking. He answered me only 7 days after to tell me no cancellation possible!
