الحجز ليس كما هو في الصور الغرف صغيرة جدا .عند وصولي لمكان الاقامه لم اجد الغرفة جاهزة انتظرت ساعة بعدها اعطوني غرفه صغيره واليوم الثاني نقلوني لغرفه اسوأ من الاولى.

Единственный плюс, расположение. 5 минут и ты в центре.(правда под горку ощутимую).

Бронировал номер как на фото, по приезду сказали номер занят, заселили в подвальный номер размера гдето 5 кв метров, на полу крысинные отходы..., на стенах снизу до верху черная плесень, с каждым вдохом режет горло, туалет /душ в идентичном состоянии, постельное белье пропаленное., двери в номер входные вообще с дырами. В итоге сказали доплати 5 евро в сутки дадим номер лучше (стандартный развод в стамбуле , так как оплатил проживание на 7 ночей еще за месяц до приезда, выхода не было, пришлось доплатить), на жалобы мол что за дела, на фото одно, в жизни другое, еще и отель сам другой, ни кого мои притензии абсолютно не удивили так к слову,). Пошел типо админ/хозяин показывать номер с доплатой, я согласился на него, через пол часа уже после доплаты, говорит номер оказывается занят, заселю в другой, естественно хуже чем показал пол часа назад, номен такой же весь в плесени, грязный, душевая вся в черной плесени, в налете, с кондиционера просто кусками плесень выпадает. Двери в номер просвечиваются в коридор, щель между рамой и дверью пол см., ествественно о звукоизоляции забудьте, фен принесли с третьей просьбы, холодильник еле дышит, чайника нет, Абсолютно не рекомендую этот недоотель, лучше заплатите х2 за нормальный отель, хотя не в плесени спать будете.,
Но так же было 2 плюса.
1- местоположение, (5-10 минут в крутую горку и вы в центре)
2- парень который убирал номера, все чисто, все просьбы выполнял (замена белья, полотенца, уборка и тп).
На этом все. Ужас а не отель, хозяин мудак которому главное как бы вытянуть с вас бабки.

I changed hotels and went to their other hotel, Reina. The room at the Reina hotel was quite good. The staff was very helpful. Clean and comfortable. I have to say a big thank you to the reception as well as to the other employees. If we needed something they helped us immediately. Very good location and close to the center.

Cons:

It was underground and I went to their other hotel Reina Istanbul where it was fine. What bothered me was that they didn't write in the booking that the apartment was underground. I didn't like the location of the Arena while the Reina was very good.

Arrogante Leute müssen bestraft werden

Personal is sehr arrogant und überhaupt nicht freundlich.
Es gibt Drei Hotels: zusammen: Arinna, Hotel Reina und Hotel Laria die einen gemeinsamen Reception haben und falls man den Aufenthalt verlängert es passiert daß man gestört wird Mitten in der Nacht von anderen Menschen die ennfach die Schlüssel für die Eingang ins Hotel haben und auch für unseren Zimmer...
Jemand ist gekommen mit Taxi Weil meine Frau hörte wie der Mann mit dem Taxi auf Arabisch unterhielt wegen Taxi Gebühr und so weiter.. Kurz darauf er versuchte im Zimmer einzudringen ohne anzuklopfen.
Stellen sie es vor Fall die Türe nicht zu gesperrt wäre, sicher meine Frau wäre was Schlimmeres passiert von die Algerischen Männer.
Der Manager war nicht zu finden eine Woche länger nicht und auch das Personal versuchten die ganze Sache unter der Teppich zu kehren.
Leute Vorsicht... lassen sie sich nicht mehr wegen billige Angebote eure Leben und Beziehung und die Reise kaputt machen.
Nie mehr wieder an solche Hotels.

In general good
Pros:

Bathroom and beds very nice

Cons:

No tv working, just 1 towel for 3 beds, no tea pots for heating the water.
We arrive to one address it wasn’t there we walk to the other they send in a WhatsApp message, it wasn’t there, there we check in (with very un polite person) and take us to another building, NEVER HELP WITH THE BAGS, no communication about the issue, the room, or the place whatsoever. Once in the other building open the door and left. Then I have to go to the reception in the other building to ask for the code to open the door of the building and he told me in a very rude manner.
