Cons:

Mi dispiace per il personale davvero fantastico ma la struttura non merita assolutamente le 5 stelle.
Era tutto sporchissimo,blatte ovunque, asciugamani sporche. Avevamo prenotato una settimana siamo andati via dopo 2 giorni. Puzza di pesce marcio in tutti i corridoi

Cons:

Die Zimmer entsprachen nicht wie in den Fotos dargestellt. Tapete war teilweise lose, die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Möbel und Inventar waren stark abgenutzt. Kissen mit Stockflecken und Schimmel. Badfugen mit Schimmel. Starke Kalkablagerungen im Bad. Schmutz unter den Betten. Starke Lärmbelästigung durch schlechte Isolierung der Fenster. Toilette war nicht fest verankert und hat gewackelt.

Lovely hotel to stay, close to local amenities and restaurants. We had a great time.
Pros:

The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the customer service from the staff is excellent, especially from Khlide, Lurelle and Reola.

Cons:

The breakfast option could be improved and refilled for th capacity of guests.

Otel'in konumu çok güzeldi.Odalar geniş ve konforluydu.Çalışanlardan özellikle kahvaltı servisi sırasında görevli Esma hanım,Resepsiyonda Lurella hanım ve ismini hatırlayamadığım diğer personel arkadaşlara ailecek teşekkür ederiz.

Kahvaltı servisi sırasında bize istediğimiz birşey olup olmadığını ayrıca odamızı arayıp sormaları ilgi alaka çok güzeldi.Bizim Fas'ta kaldığımız en iyi hoteldi.

L emplacement est très central proche de la gare et du tram pour circuler facilement

Cons:

Rien à voir avec un 5 étoiles
Pas de bars ni de salon pour souffler. Les chambres sont refaites en fin de journée. Beaucoup de bruits dans les couloirs des jeunes qui crient et hurlent à 5h du matin
Des fourmis fans la salle de bain qui marchent sur le tapis
Pas de chaînes françaises à la tv

Les efforts et la gentillesse de Lurelle et Khalid pour que le client passe un bon séjour.

Cons:

Je me suis fait virer des salles de réunion à 2 reprises en plein RDV … dommage que l’accès à des salles de réunion soit compliqué dans un hôtel de ce standing
