Très déçu. Un hôtel 5 étoiles, ce n’est pas seulement un beau bâtiment et une belle vue : c’est surtout la qualité du service et le respect du client. Malheureusement, le service à la réception est loin du niveau attendu. À part le chef de réception, qui était professionnel et à l’écoute, certains réceptionnistes se comportent comme des amateurs, avec une attitude arrogante et déplacée. Se faire demander de s’asseoir avec un ton méprisant est tout simplement inadmissible. Le standing affiché ne correspond clairement pas au service proposé. Je ne reviendrai jamais.

I was happy by the location the weather and the staff in general; no value for price unfortunately.

Cons:

I didn’t like 3 things : the 1st was the lack of good coffee at breakfast, the machines were never working properly. The 2nd works ongoing by the side of the beach as it won’t let you relax. The 3rd thing which is what disliked the most was the people that the hotel get in for day use. My last day they brought in a couple that used loud music, spoke loud, & created issues with the service and the staff kept apologizing for no big deal reason. I really didn’t like to pay what I pay and these people came in not even from the reception area but from the walking of the beach area. I didn’t feel safe either. Finally train the staff of HSK to replace the towels and the bath mat when they take them.
