Great stay
Pros:

Great stay. Room was comfortable even being close to the lobby. I stayed 3 nights for a work retreat. Staff was friendly and helpful. The gentleman that put together the breakfast together was excellent. Nothing ever ran out. Would definetly recommend and stay here again.

My stay was short but comfortable. I really liked SpringHill Suites.
Pros:

I liked the setup of the room. It was also spotless and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

For those who have to be at the airport before breakfast, a bag with a piece of fruit and a muffin would be nice to pickup at the desk as those guests are leaving.

Nice place, but needs to fix housekeeping policy....yesterday.
Pros:

Newness. Quiet. Sheets and bedding were nice. Breakfast was good, but zero variety for stays. Same thing over and over again each morning.

Cons:

Complete breakdown in room cleaning. One of our 3 rooms went 6 days without any service. The idea that they don't even clean the rooms for the first 3 nights is disgusting. We had to find a place to empty trash...couldn't so just had to leave the tiny can out in the hallway. Emailed housekeeping supervisor...never responded.

Very clean, spacious room, better than regular breakfast and nice staff specially at breakfast area to refill the food
