Location is very good
The AC was rattling and we could not sleep. The answer of the reception was that every room was the same, ne technician came. In a hotel at that price the AC should function properly with no noise. Neither me or my spouse could sleep…
Our stay offered a combination of excellent service and some disappointing shortcomings.
Check-in was efficient and friendly, and our request for an early check-in at 1:00 p.m. was accommodated. The doormen and front desk staff were always helpful and guest-focused.
The breakfast buffet was excellent and varied, with separate menus for eggs and coffee and plenty of staff providing quick service. Beach towels were available upon request. The rooftop pool and pool bar were pleasant, and towels were provided.
Lunch at the hotel restaurant was highly disappointing. Despite being the only guests, the service was inattentive and the food was below five-star standards. The “burrata with peaches” contained hardly any burrata or peach. We should have refused it.
The pool has twelve loungers along the poolside but no parasols. This means guests must either sit in the full sun or move into the shade near the bar. The bar was understaffed, several items were unavailable, and parts of the English menu were still in Croatian.
Overall, some aspects met five-star expectations, but several shortcomings did not.

Super Hotel in sehr guter Lage, modernes Zimmer mit einem mega bequemen Bett, freundliches Personal. Das angeschlossene Restaurant bietet Essen der Spitzenklasse. Sehr nette Concierge.
Am letzten Abend bemängelte eine Angestellte im Außenbereich der Bar, dass meine Frau mit ihren Füßen (ohne Schuhe!) den Sitz berührt hat. An anderen Tischen hingegen wurde ein ähnliches Verhalten des Gastes nicht gerügt. Eine derartige Ansprache war unnötig, unsouverän und hat uns geärgert.
Die Zimmerpreise sind zu hoch.
