Pros:

The staff were very kind and tried to help me as much as they could. I had an issue with the coordinator, who made my first day unnecessarily difficult). Had he been more organised, I probably would have stayed.😅

The room was nice, but the noise outside was really quite loud, so do keep that in mind and, if possible, ask for an internal room.

Cons:

The coordinator was quite disorganised and created confusion around my early check-in. I could see that he was trying his best, and he seems like a kind person, but he should improve the way he manages organisation and coordination across different tasks, especially considering there were not many guests and things still became confusing. I was really tired and I needed to rest.

Below expectation , as we came with kids exhausted and they provided a horrible room

Very unhygienic room provided initially and since I made a complaint they change it after 1 day , Extra bed request turned u to be only extra mattress . Rooms comparatively small and bathroom not so clean , Foul smell in some areas and in rooms some times ,
