Goede verblijf met gemengde gevoelens: ze moeten ophouden met vervelende ontvangst bij het inchecken

De locatie zeer gunstig en de meeste van het Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam: je wordt snel geholpen met al je verzoeken. Ze hebben misschien de lekkerste Biryani & Crispy Chicken die we tot nu toe in Mumbai hebben gegeten!

Cons:

Het inchecken was zeer formeel: je paspoort wordt gekopieerd, je moet een formulier invullen met al je gegevens en ze namen zelfs foto's van mij en mijn vriendin (zogenaamd voor C4-formulier die we al op het vliegveld hebben al ingevuld) De Paspoort controle bij de douane op het vliegveld verliep minder string dan het inchecken bij Hotel Ariana!!!

Pros:

The staff were very kind and tried to help me as much as they could. I had an issue with the coordinator, who made my first day unnecessarily difficult). Had he been more organised, I probably would have stayed.😅

The room was nice, but the noise outside was really quite loud, so do keep that in mind and, if possible, ask for an internal room.

Cons:

The coordinator was quite disorganised and created confusion around my early check-in. I could see that he was trying his best, and he seems like a kind person, but he should improve the way he manages organisation and coordination across different tasks, especially considering there were not many guests and things still became confusing. I was really tired and I needed to rest.
