Great location and balcony, cute town, note that the building is a bit old and shaky.
Pros:

Loved the location and the balcony and being so close to the water! Everyone that helped us was great and the town of Seaside is really cute to visit. Thanks for all the yummy taffy!

Cons:

The building is a bit tired and it shakes alot when others move in/out. Because of the location and setup, we would probably still consider coming back.

Great place for the views!
Pros:

The location and views were amazing at this place. The pool was great for a dip after a long day of traveling and hiking. In the morning it was convenient for tide-pooling. We would recommend this place for your stay along the Oregon Coast.

We enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros:

The Room was very nice and the view of the Beach very nice and pleasant. The morning and evening views of the ocean and sunset were spectacular! All the facilities and accommodations were clean and orderly.

Cons:

We were on the bottom (ground floor) and could occasionally hear the occupants above: the floor (our ceiling) boards creaked as they walked and we would hear occasional conversation. Not the end of the world, but it was noticeable.

Pros:

The view was fabulous. It is a rock beach which is not easily transversed, but you can walk along the back of the properties to a sand beach.

Cons:

The door and screen to my patio did not lock. Since it's a public beach, that was a bit disconcerting. We arrived late at night and they didn't have anyone to fix it. We did have the stick for the sliding glass door so we used that.

Disappointed
Pros:

The location is perfect.

Cons:

My daughter and I were there celebrating her 40 birthday. We were having a great time and had just come in from eating dinner, when about 9:50 we got a phone call from the front desk telling us they had a complaint that we were to loud. We were just laughing. After the call we shut off the t.v And begin whispering. Again because we were only laughing when we got the call, we had no other way to quiet down. We felt we were sent to bed at 10:00 with really no chance to enjoy our room. I have stayed here many times with my husband and we were aloud to laugh without complaints. Very disappointing. Doubt we will return.

Beautiful everything
Pros:

I was in my 28' ugly RV and they didn't mind in the least they had a whole huge parking area next to the building they allowed me to park in and when it was time to go my RV battery was dead and they had an electrical outlet right there in the parking lot I was able to use to plug in my battery charger. When I checked in the system wouldn't take my card and one of the staff members gave me a ride to the atm to pull out cash. Everyone was nice and accommodating. The room was a sale budget room but I thought it was so cute. It had a little kitchen area with two stove top burners and it was stocked with pots and pans, glasses and plates and bowls as well as silverware. I don't drink coffee but there was a coffee pot. The bed was comfortable and I was allowed to have my dog. Hands down one of the best places to stay in seaside. The beach was literally right outside.

Cons:

The fact that I had to leave.

הבטיחו שתי מיטות. בפועל זו היתה ספה די מצוקמקת והם לא טרחו אפילו לסדר אותה. רק אחרי שירדתי לברר הסתבר שבארון עש כלי מיטה ארוזים בפלסטיק שצריך לפתוח ולסדר

Made the right choice! Great stay.
Pros:

Only stayed one night, wish it was longer, but it was well worth it! View was fantastic. Staff was very accommodating. This is an older 1960 style hotel and some of that age shows but the staff is making every effort with nice touches such as hanging flowers in the hallway, updated appliances, games to borrow,etc. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Seaside, Oregon. The location is great being almost at the very end of the cove you’re isolated from the busier part of town, in a residential section,and I like that feeling much better. then being closer to seaside and much better than being in Cannon Beach. Really like the fact that it’s very close to Ecola State Park. There’s a lot of surfers that use the portion of the beach behind the hotel. Fun to sit on the deck and watch them!
