Everything perfect !!!

This was the highest level of service we found in ten days in Bulgarian hotels. Every detail was lovely - cool juice at check in, really nice towels, the minibar was stocked with free basics like lemonade and a couple beers. The location was superb. We could walk around in the heat all morning, and then return to the shady courtyard for drinks from the room fridge before walking out again. The lobby had an attentive bar staff who would give you ice water and lemonade all day. It was really nice, and unusual in Bulgaria.

The breakfast was outstanding - again, the best of all the hotels we encountered. And don't miss the tour of the Roman baths in the basement! They give a short but informative tour after breakfast. I attached two pictures from under the baths - absolutely you can go down and climb around. They sell very tasteful watercolor postcards and magnets- some of the only souvenirs I bought. The whole hotel is just immaculate and lovely.

The hotel location was perfect. We saw a show at the Ancient Theatre, and walked everywhere. I recommend Villa Flavia to everyone. (FYI due to price, we put our 20-something kid up in a much cheaper little apartment in Kapana that was about 1/3 the price, but we stayed here on our own. It was a perfect compromise - she felt independent and adultish and we had a dreamy hotel experience).

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Provided a tour of the ancient Roman bath ruins under the hotel. Ideal location. Walking distance to the old town.

Everything: attention to details, the most clean shower I have used in a hotel, free minibar in the room, design of the hotel, comfortable beds, sheets and towels smelled extremely nice, hospitality of staff and the included tour of the Roman bath below the hotel, from the hotel manager, central location, room size and bath design, rituals soap and shampoo, & more. It's definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in!

Sehr freundlich geführtes Familienhotel. Sehr saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten und ein ganz wunderbares Frühstück. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut mitten im Zentrum und dennoch sehr ruhig. Im UG kann man nach dem Frühstück die römischen Ausgrabungen bersichtigen und es gibt Führungen. Wir waren top zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ein Hotel mit ganz viel Herz.

It was a wonderful stay! From the very first minute, there was a very pleasant atmosphere in the hotel, and the staff was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. I also really want to highlight the underground program/tour – it was incredibly interesting and informative, and it left a huge impression on us.

The rooms are impeccable, very spacious, and perfectly laid out. The interior design is extremely cozy, and the cleanliness is perfect. We found some delicious treats in the fridge, which was a very pleasant surprise. A huge plus goes to the Nespresso coffee machine with capsules in the room – it was very convenient to enjoy great coffee without having to leave the room.

I really liked that all the appliances and technology in the rooms are brand new and work extremely smoothly.

This is a flawless place to relax. 10/10 – definitely the best choice, which I sincerely recommend to everyone!

One of the best hotels in Bulgaria we've been to, hands down. Incredible customer service and attitude of the entire staff from start to finish, amazing location of the hotel in the heart of Old Plovdiv. We were upgraded to a lovely bigger apartment for no added charge and there were even free drinks left for us in the minibar. The breakfast was more than excellent and all freshly prepared. There was a secure private car park available next to the hotel for an extra fee, which was very convenient. We were given a tour by the staff of the ancient Roman baths discovered beneath the hotel which was easily one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you for a fantastic stay, we will surely be back soon!

Great location. The staff was excellent. Everything seems to have been thought out to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They even have a presentation on the building and the Roman ruins it sits on.

The staff were amazing and they let us check in early as I was really ill and needed to rest. The hotel is beautiful and is built above some Roman baths, which we got a tour of after breakfast. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

El personal excepcional, las instalaciones muy bonitas y corresponden a las fotografías que publican. Ubicación en pleno centro pero en calle tranquila, nada de ruido. Habitaciones grandes y muy completas. Altamente recomendable
