We survived the bird infestation and its potential pandemic.

We liked how clean and well-maintained the property's interior is.

Cons:

(1) The breakfast offering was disappointing.

(2) There are bird droppings all over the windows of several rooms. The management acknowledged this but claimed it is allowed to support such bird species. In my opinion, this is disgusting and seems like an excuse not to invest in a permanent solution to improve hygiene. You could always find a way to build a structure away from the hotel that serves as a habitat for those birds.

A convenient location for activities in Petaluma.
Pros:

Good location. Ample parking. Breakfast provided. Mostly quiet. WiFi good. They brought coffee supplies to the room when requested.

Cons:

Breakfast was adequate but supplies ran low middle of serving time. Had to ask for coffee pot to be filled. We’ll check for a better value next time.

Good place to stay for a week.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice but could use some more variety

Cons:

They could have more staff during breakfast to assist for cleaning. The woman there our first day couldn't keep up with a large volume of guests

Pros:

The front desk, Kris, is amazing! Remembers you by name and makes sure to make you feel welcomed every time you come in.

Cons:

It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and I liked the gym and laundry amenities. Everything was there to make the stay comfortable & easy!
