Brilliant!
Pros:

It’s a great property but the best part of my stay, was my host Maria! With long days, early starts, Maria made the whole process effortless, efficient and easy. Maria also makes a great cup of coffee and delicious breakfast! Excellent young lady!

Well run small hotel close to Black Country Living Museum
Pros:

Great welcome from Marie, great host who was always there when needed. Big comfortable room with clean bathroom and quality bed.
Opportunity to have dinner at the hotel as the neighbourhood does not have many options.
Good choice of breakfast, all freshly prepared.

Highly recommend will be back again
Pros:

Great central location for our weekend conference at the Bethel Convention centre, free on street parking, lovely charming property, luxurious decoration. Very comfortable bed, plenty of storage space in the rooms. Maria was so helpful and attentive and the breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious.

Cons:

Shower room in the regency suite was quite small but this didn’t take anything away from our stay.

Cons:

The outside of the property is very deceiving for what’s inside. The Parking area at the back looks very rundown.

Such a welcoming vibe and awesome interior design!
Customer service is absolutely brilliant, from the pre-arrival call to check-in and breakfast. We stayed in the Moroccan room, which had a super comfy bed and plenty of space for our stuff. It had everything we needed for a short stay.
Breakfast was delicious, freshly made by our host. We got loads of food and a lovely chat with Maria.
We'll definitely be back to explore Birmingham!

What a wonderful stay - will be telling my friends about this little gem
Pros:

Lovely character hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Really easy check in even though I booked last minute and late at night. Comfortable bed and great amenities oh and they have shakshuka on the breakfast menu

Charming B&B, great host and breakfast, but needs a little more flexibility.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The location was good. The host was very pleasant and held very pleasant conversation. Small family run business so need support. The shower was fantastic. The decor of the breakfast room was very unique added a special touch to the experience. The host was very helpful with information to help navigate ones way around the local area and was very friendly.

Cons:

For breakfast they could have asked what type of bread a customer would like e.g. white or wholegrain. I was not able to have my breakfast on the first morning because the hotel needed my spouse and I to have our breakfast at the same time. I then had to miss my breakfast as i was going to work and my wife had to have her breakfast at 9.30am. We had to make the choice of breakfast time the day before. They could have offered to refund the cost of my missed breakfast rather than me miss it all together. As a result we ended up feeling like the business' needs seem to come before the customer's . They needed to be more flexible to the customer was our view in the end.

Also the lightiing in the hotel room was rather dim and there was no additional lamp to lighten up the room if required.

There was a low level mould smell coming from the bathroom.

Alles, vanaf het moment dat ik binnenkwam was Maria ontzettend vriendelijk. Ze legde alles uit en zorgde ervoor dat er geen ruimte was voor onduidelijkheden.

Sam und Maria waren toll - freundlich und zuvorkommend und wir hätten uns noch ewig weiter unterhalten können. Das Essen war sehr gut und homemade, wenn auch nicht ganz billig. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und mit so viel Liebe zubereitet

Pros:

Cozy decor, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff from the pre check in call to the moment we left were friendly, helpful and made what was a great trip even better. Usually I’d skip the hotel breakfast and head out to explore, don’t do that here! the food is outstanding. Without a doubt would book again.

Superior in every way!
Pros:

An exceptional experience,5 star luxury from arrival to departure.The receptionist Maria provided outstanding customer service nothing was two much trouble and took the time to explain everything surrounding my stay.
The room was beautifully equipped down to the tiniest detail.Fantastically comfortable bed and bedding made for a really enjoyable nights sleep!
