Improving, the staffs are very helpful and mostly smiling.
Pros:

It could be better, but it is better than the last time I was there when they server cooked bean and Pap. Not acceptable

Cons:

More variety of food not just local food, but I als understand that you have more local customers.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They assisted me through out my stay. It was a very accommodating environment

Cons:

The breakfast option was limited and there wasn’t an elevator for the big luggage’s.

Will definitely be back.
Pros:

Upon arrival we was stressed, the front office officers we met princess and Jennifer displayed empathy and gave us a very warm welcome. Natasha and Debbie gave an outstanding service the next day.

The restaurant staff and maintenance team were swift to response. Food came in early. Kudos to everyone that made our stay enjoyable and memorable
