Pros:

The very kind Natasha, queen debhie, princess and the supervisor Jennifer,made my stay great, definitely making this my go to destination once I land Lagos, the staffs are very polite and always ready to assist.

Good room, quite spacious, friendly staff apart from the manager's attitude of course!
Pros:

African based which was very nice but would have been a bonus if one could tap into the famous English breakfast as well

Cons:

The attitude of the manager when i queried a flaw in the invoice produced by the hotel staff was appalling. This was enough for me not to come back to the hotel nor recommend it to others. I would suggest he goes for some intense customer service training on how to treat staff. Usually I would stay at Radisson / Radisson Blu and still did as recently as May but fancied a change of scene. Can't say I was impressed by this particular manager, can't remember his name.

Bathroom could do with some TLC. Absence of lift was a put off.

Pros:

The location and the staff. Always smiling and ready to help. It was recommended by a friend and I would say I did not regret it once

Cons:

It might be helpful to put some dish washing soap in the rooms that have kitchenette though.

Great ambience and friendly staff
Pros:

The ambience and the warmly staff. The breakfast options is also good and the facilities in the room quite satisfactory.

Cons:

The parking space should be better with cars arrangement. The breakfast in the morning is littered with people making noise and talking on loud voice. This should not be happening at such a breakfast table disturbing peace if other users in the morning. A bit of customer control is needed .

Hotel room canceled and sold to another customer and claiming no credit card on my account which is false. Of course, it is payment on arrival. Even information sent on late arrival 25 hours before was not acknowledged.

I stayed for 5 days. The facility was great and amazing.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and excellent. The staffs are amazing, they are good at what they do. But when I ordered for food, it takes hours before they could deliver it.

Cons:

The room service takes time to clean and the staffs should reduce their noise both at night and in the morning. Its disturbing with their early morning chitchat.
