Atención del personal especial de la señora Carolina siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestra estadía y que estaba cerca al centro histórico

Cons:

Que no tenía.piscina ya que en la descripción dice que con piscina debieron informar en la reserva ya que buscábamos un hospedaje con piscina.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, el personal es muy atento, en especial Carolina (ella sirve el desayuno). La habitación es muy cómoda y el aire acondicionado se puede regular al gusto personal.

Cons:

La cama es muy dura, pero creo que es algo general de los colombianos, en este viaje me quedé en 5 hoteles diferentes y sin excepciones las camas son como una roca.

Sinceramente, las fotos no hacen justicia a la realidad.
El personal super amable y atento a nuestras necesidades.
Sin embargo, el hotel estaba bastante dejado. La zona de la piscina llena de palomas y toda la suciedad que estás generan, olía un poco mal y la piscina sucia y sin mantener, aunque nos dijeron que estaban haciendo unos arreglos, razón por la que no funcionaba y nos dieron la opción de ir a otra piscina de su cadena de hoteles.
Las habitaciones bastante oscuras. Las únicas ventanas que había eran las que dan al pasillo, por lo que si abrías la cortina te ven el resto de los inquilinos.
El aire acondicionado se notaba bastante poco para el calor que hace en esa zona.
Las puertas del baño, no se cerraban bien o directamente no se cerraban.
La verdad, es que no nos hemos sentido cómodos en general.
El desayuno estaba rico y he de decir que Carolina super atenta. Pero es verdad que al estar sola, en el momento en que se juntaban algunas mesas, tardaba bastante. De hecho el ultimo día, que había una familia desayunando antes que nosotros, tardó más de una hora en atendernos desde que nos sentamos a desayunar, hasta que nos puso el desayuno.
No volvería a repetir en este alojamiento, la verdad.

Lovely welcoming hotel, great location and value!

Carolina was super helpful and kind. She checked us in early and made our breakfast early when we needed to depart early. Muchas Gracias !

Casa Rosa. An excellent place to stay in Santa Marta.
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Casa Rosa. The staff were exceptional—always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh options every morning. The location is another big advantage, right in the city centre with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions, while still being reasonably close to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The hotel has a great location, a very good breakfast, and an outstanding staff. However, the bed was not very comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. In addition, the noise of the wind passing through the windows and doors was quite noticeable at night, making it harder to fall asleep. Improving the room insulation and replacing the mattresses would make the stay much more comfortable.
