beyond expectations

Awesome swimming pool but very uncomfortable furniture in the whole apartment.
Pros:

The swimming pool and the saunas.
The washing machine and dryer plus the clothes rack.
Our bathroom door didn’t close, I reported it and it was fixed promptly which is great.
The bathroom was clean and smelt nice.

Cons:

When we arrived the young girl at the counter didn’t smile or greet us. We stood there for a minute to get her attention and had to greet her first and ask how she’s is doing. We didn’t get any “how you doing?” back from her.
The carpet in the room had large stains on them.
The double bed felt small and uneven. I got a back pain the day after.
The sofa in the living room is not meant to feel comfortable. It’s very narrow. We had to remove all the back cushioning to make room to sit on it.
The dining table’s and the dining chair’s height is out of proportion. It’s either the table is too high or the chairs are too low. It’s not comfortable to sit and eat there.
So overall the furniture in the rooms is a big let down.

The perfect stay.
Pros:

We were very impressed with the property. It was beautiful, clean and had great amenities. The staff were so lovely and accommodating and they went above and beyond for us, which made our trip even more special.
