Days Inn by Wyndham Aransas Pass

There is a smell to.the rooms stayed in two different ones and both smelled the same. Also it says it as a buffet breakfast but it's just cereal and toast but we get what we pay for.

Our room smelt like gas/propane and a mildew smell like mold

I didn’t stay at the property. Upon arrival the room assigned had a mold smell, the front desk was kind enough to switch rooms but still the same issue. I have severe allergies. I was told if the room sells out I could get a refund. Called later to check if sold out and was told yes. Called Tuesday and several days after waiting for a returned call from Scheel the manager. I still have yet to hear from him.

Advertised free breakfast, stale cereal and toast does not count as breakfast. I had reserved 3 rooms 7 adults 3 children 3 nights added this to my reservation and when we got there it was not there so it cost me around 50 $ extra plus the hassle of waiting for the room. What I couldn't believe was that this was a Wyndham property but should have been Bates motel but no cool Alfred Hitchcock.

Free breakfast was a joke. And they didn’t clean our room

The staff was not at the front desk, you had to use a phone to call them to come to the front desk and help you check in. I preregistered with Wyndam hotels directly , and the staff said they “ did not receive it.” So I had to show my license, give then my Credit card, relay my Vehicle License plate info, etc . I preregistered online so I would not have to keep my dogs in the car for ten minute while inside . Preregistering was a total waste of time . Breakfast was awful - Fruit Loops for Frosted Flakes Cereal, choice of white or wheat bread and a basket of old apples . On Friday and Saturday they added yogurt and one banana . No one there to say hello or tank you . The coffee in the lobby was good. However, Wednesday morning someone had spilled sugar on the coffee maker table. Thursday morning the same granulated sugar was on the counter, no one had cleaned it up in 24 hours .

The door jam of the restroom looked like it had been mald by dog and needed to be fix and painted.

My room was dirty I found a couple blood stains the towels were stained it was swept I booked a room with a king size bed they gave me two queen beds I was not happy

The room got flooded and they not even giving me my refund they had me back and forward with booking customer service and the customer service from the hotel

We ended up not staying at the property because there was bunch of aunts and couple spiders . We would like for the property to refund us our money . We have videos and showed the guy in the front office . He said they will refund us our money .
