The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Rooms were not ready upon arrival had wait hour after check in time to get the rooms we reserved . We had to go back several times to get new keys to get into our rooms because they were not working also no continental breakfast as posted on booking
Staff was polite and accommodating. Shower water pressure was amazing.
Booked a king room and was given 2 double beds. When I asked about it I was told it was an "upgrade".
One of the beds was not on the base correctly so part of the metal frame that holds the box spring in place was sticking out.
There being no one answering the “24 Hour” check in when we arrived after a long drive with a car full of tired kids. No one at the desk, ring doorbells did not seem to work, no one answered either phone line offered, voicemail cut us off and did not allow voicemail to be left. Had to book a low rated hotel last minute on a tight budget. Worst experience we have ever had on a vacation.
Not all staff were bad just one
Well, when I arrived in my room for the night.The shower Pole that holds a shower curtain was.On the other bed, screws were on the counter.They didn't finish putting up the pole so I couldn't take a shower that night when they put the shower pole up the next day they forgot to put the curtain on it. Also, as I stayed at the suite and slept\n I got walked in on 3 × 3 different staff members. The last thing I didn't like about it was I did pay for the extended stay. The late checkout and the funeral that I was attending ran later than expected, so when I came back to try to go to the room to retrieve my things, they wanted to charge me to open up the door basically and let me in and get my stuff. Knowing that they didn't clean the room and get it ready for somebody else. So I wasn't stopping anybody from doing their job by doing or just asking that question to go in the room, but having all that happened to me\n And they wanna charge me to go back in the room to get my stuff. I was furious. Normally the place runs fine.It's a good place to stay.I'm not gonna lie, just for me and my experience.This is what happened to me and sometimes things don't always go out the way you plan.\nBut maybe by me

I didn't like the coffee pot was broken, or that there was no bedside lamp.
This was very dirty . The ice machine didn’t work, the phones didn’t work and the toilet was plugged. We requested a plunger hours before and never got one.
This Hotel was listed as a Days Inn on Wyndham's web site. The sign was not lighted. We came in at night and had much difficulty finding it. It looked ratty and was full of workers standing around visiting and smoking outside of the room. No soap or wash cloths in the room. There was a lamp on one of the night stands with no place to plug it in. Very over priced for what we got. Wyndham had better clean up their act if they was us to use their online reservation system. We had a reservation for two nights, but left after the first night. This hotel is well below the standards for a property where my wife and I are willing to stay.
