Pros:

Location and price met our needs for this trip, seeing a gig at the Winter Gardens.
Bedroom furnishings were nice, and the bed was comfy
Acces via door code was smooth.

Cons:

The room was tiny, hardly any space for 2 people to stand and get dressed, or walk round the small double bed. This room (room 1) would be ok for a single person.
The bathroom was a little old fashioned but functional. However it smelled strongly of cigarettes.

Pros:

It was quiet, clean enough & staff were friendly & very helpful. Only 5 minutes from train station.

Cons:

Window was broken & didn't close, few broken things in the bathroom, & damp on the ceiling. Room was tired

Perfect for an overnight stay
Pros:

Newly refurbished in stylish deco style. Straight off the main Promenade. Good pub across the road, The Duke, that do an excellent breakfast.

Cons:

No parking facilities but luckily able to park in next road for free. Was aware of this before booking

Cosy stay
Pros:

Lovely welcome, great location with everything you need in walking distance. The Premier room was lovely and very comfy bed.
