Beautiful little hotel on the promenade
Pros:

Beautiful room, lovely antique themed decor and everything was very clean and organized. The hostess was absolutely lovely too and a good little location on the promenade close to the North Pier.

Pros:

We had 3 rooms in 3 separate buildings on the same booking. Rooms were very clean. Good location near Blackpool North and the Winter Gardens.

Excellent stay at a great hotel.
Pros:

Everything was great here,we only stayed for one night but couldn't fault it in anyway. Great location near carparks and pub's and just a short walk in to town and the promenade. The whole decor was amazing and clean,the lady who showed us in was really pleasant and welcoming,we would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

We was on quite an high floor,but I'll request a low floor next time we stop because I struggle with too many stair's

Clean and convenient plus good price
Pros:

A good location close to the rail station and sea front by North Pier

Cons:

I was in an annex which although clean wasn’t in the main part and steep stairs to climb to my room . Ok for youngsters though but not an 80 year old

Short break with my Granddaughter
Pros:

Communication with Michael was easy, everything was clear, precise & went smoothly. Michael went out of his way to accommodate us. Would highly recommend

Good overall for the price
Pros:

Room was clean, bed was comfy,
Close to train station and the promenade/tram

Cons:

Took too long to get in contact with someone when I had a question, messages ignored and had to call numerous times before I reached anyone.
Bedside lighting a bit harsh, warmer white would be more relaxing, needs a bigger table or small desk with a mirror and plug point.
A more secure lock on the inside of the door.

Immediately greeted by lovely staff who were happy to see us! The room was gorgeous and really great value for money, we will definitely be visiting again!
