not happy with the checkin experience
Pros:

Hotel provided very simple breakfast, coffee, bread, instant noodles and some local kimchi.

Cons:

Hotel can only check in after 3pm sharp, so the small lobby full of luggage bag and the only front desk guy totally not friendly all time, not recommand to stay here if you got other better choice.

Pros:

The location is close by to Seomyeon station and several malls.
There was a hot tub in the room but we didn't tried it.
There is a "snack bar" you can use for free

Cons:

There was a strict check in time without even checking if there is a room already available.
They only have small towels and the daily room cleaning only includes replacing them, and even this wasn't done properly and we needed to ask for more towels at the reception.
The bathroom layout was strange with the sink outside of the room (in the bedroom) and there was no bidet.

Hôtel super, le personnel accueillant, souriant, toujours disponible pour nous.

La chambre correcte avec douche et jacuzzi.

Je recommande fortement cet endroit

Cons:

Le lit et l'oreiller sont bien trop durs à mon goût, j'ai eu du mal à dormir à cause de ces raisons.

Good location. Lots of restaurants and cafe surrounding. Lottery mall just behind the hotel.
Receptionist is helpful.

Cons:

No proper towel, they provide hand towel instead of bath towel.
So suggest to bring your own towel.
