In the end, we left satisfied, I would stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The location is very good, Beach below, Taksim above, The tram was close by, as was the metro and ferry, 5-10 minutes walk. The staff is very nice and attentive. If we needed anything, they responded immediately upon request.

Cons:

There was no floor cloth or broom in the room, and the cleaner didn't come to clean it for 5 days. It would be nice if they added this.
The towels were old, it's time to change them.
It was on the second floor and we had no view.

Öncelikle Bookindeki resimlerle alakası bile yok. Nem kokusundan dolayı eşimin astımı olduğu için otelde kalamadık. Durumu bildirdik ve otelde kalamayacağımız için en azından 1 gecelik ödemeyi kesipö geri kalan 3 gecelik ödemeyi geri talep ettik. Lakin türlü asılsız bahanelerle teklifimizi kabul etmediler. Ve yardımcı da olmadılar. Yani kalmadiğımız bir otel için 5 gecelik ödemeyi sahiplendiler. Bunun adı tam olarak dolandırıcılık. Ben alın terimle kazandığım paramı helal etmedim.

Pas mal mais pas facile d’accès
Pros:

La vue de la terrasse, les lits confortables et les 2 chambres séparées pour ma fille et moi.

Cons:

Les photos en super grand angle ne montrent pas que l’établissement est situé dans une ruelle dont l’accès est compliqué (très pentu). Il faut monter plusieurs marches pour accéder à la réception et encore un escalier en colimaçon pour se rendre du 5ème au 6ème étage (l’acenseur s’arrête au 5ème).
Dans l’appartement (ressenti plus petit que sur les photos), la cuisine est équipé d’un frigo (propre), mais la bouilloire hors d’âge fuyait, et la vaisselle (1 verre et 2 mugs) était d’une propreté douteuse. La clim était assez poussive. Les baies vitrées ne semblaient pas avoir été nettoyées non plus.
Pas de service de restauration sur place ni aux alentours immédiats, il faut penser à acheter de l’eau en chemin pour s’éviter de devoir redescendre (ou remonter)

Very small for 3 adults, no cutlery, minimum crockery, no glassware, towels and linen very old.
