Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Everything met our expectations, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Просторни помещения, безупречна чистота и отзивчив персонал. Цялостното преживяване беше на високо ниво и бихме желали да отседнем отново. На разположение е платен паркинг в близост. При избор на този хотел е важно да се има предвид, че достъпът включва кратко изкачване по стръмен участък, което обаче не представляваше неудобство за нас. На 5 минути пеша се намират спирки на градския транспорт, а местоположението е в непосредствена близост до пристанището и трамвайна спирка. Хотелът е разположен на 2 минути от двореца Долмабахче.

Pros:

Close to metro subway and Kabataş port - quiet neighborhood clean apartment

Cons:

Although coming back up from sea side is little hilly there was a service called finikuler to avoid it we only discover on the last day

Nice hotel, great front of desk staff
Pros:

The 2 guys on the hotel reception were excellent. Very helpful and of course knowledgable re the what to do and where to go. A credit to the hotel and made my stay very enjoyable indeed so thank you guys. Infact, one of my taxis only accepted cash which I had none of. Nipped into the hotel and he loaned me the money out of his own pocket until i could repay him, which in my book was beyond the normal service you'd expect. Furthermore, the taxi drive was trying to over charge me until the reception guy stepped in. That argument didn't last long!!

Cons:

Location was a tad hilly so if you're getting on in life this should be considered. The taxi drivers will rob you blind and are the most dishonest drivers I have ever met. Be aware please. Try using trip adviser, copilot of google for rough costing where taxis are concerned and make sure they put the meter on which is normally located in the rear view mirror in red. One taxi tried to charge 7,850 TL instead of 780 TL. Thats equated to £125. He said it was a mistake!! This left a bad taste in my mouth re my trip but loved istanbul regardless.

La estancia estaba llena de humedades y suciedad, en la terraza estaba tan sucia que había nido de pájaros, se escuchaba a la planta superior hacer sus necesidades, no respetan el descanso poniendo las lavadoras a altas horas de la noche.

Very Nice place and helpful staff
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The location in Taksim was convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and easy to get around from. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and matched the photos well. Check-in was straightforward and the host was responsive whenever we had a question. It had everything we needed for our trip. Would recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul, and we'd be happy to stay again.

Economico pero tienes lo que pagas.
Pros:

La localizacion es en una calle muy pequeña y para subir a la plaza es muy ingrime... y tienes que bajar o subir mucho para sacar el metro o un bus.

Cons:

El lugar tiene huelo de cigarillo en todo el edificio. TODO TODO TODO! Dento de las habitaciones, en la recepcion... hasta el personal fuma dentro de la recepcion. Las sabanas, cama, toallas tienen holor de cigarillo. Dentro de la cocina no hay ni un abrebotillas.
