My room was perfect - modern and clean
Noisy rooftop bar from early morning - unavoidable noise pollution when trying to rest.
The restaurant served me a mushroom bourguignon with no mushrooms in it - just gravy and rice ?!?
Very modern design, great location and has the sense of luxury. Stuff always willing to help.
Rooms are small and not practical. Toilets do not have door that completely closes it’s a bit weird. Breakfast very very basic compared on what you are paying. Also rooms are dark no natural light.
We loved our stay at Volga. Dante was so personal. We were treated with the best service. Highly recommend staying here!
This is such a gorgeous hotel! The architecture is very intentional. The soundbar is absolutely amazing and romantic— music is a 10/10.
The rooms are tight, but very comfortable. Not a family hotel. I love the fridge complimentary snacks. Room service was mid tier, but the ice cream was delicious!
Not the best place for montezumas revenge as the bathrooms have no closed doors — Nevertheless, the hotel sent a doctor right away and we were able to get an IV Drip for $400.
The restaurant downstairs great for breakfast — would definitely come back to this hotel.
My favorite was the rooftop pool and bar —- so sexy!
Hotel Volga is architecturally striking. From the Roof top restaurant to the hidden Speakeasy in the basement, every inch of the intimate boutique hotel has been so well thought out. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The location is great too. Many of the main attractions of Mexico City are within walking distance.
Kudos to the architect, designer and staff for meeting and exceeding our comfortable stay.
The cleanness, the rooms and the staff
I could control the temperature in the room. The controls didn’t work
Loved my stay at Hotel Volga.
Dante and Yaritza were amazing, and everyone from the restaurants, housekeeping and the porters treated me so well.
The rooms are super comfortable, and the hotel is modern and full of thoughtful details.
The food at the restaurant was amazing and Minos, the speakeasy, is a hidden gem I was not expecting.
I would come back in a heartbeat.
From the beautiful rooms, excellent service, classy but lively vibes and delicious food, the Volga Hotel really made my visit in CDMX. Shout out to the F+B manager Caeser for keeping an amazing team. This will definitely be my go to hotel whenever I am in CDMX.
Modern architecture and design, area, comfy beds
Slow service with some communication problems
Had a lovely stay. The architecture was stunning and the drinks were great in particular. Yaretzi was so helpful at check in!
We arrived in Mexico City for the Dia De Los Muertos festivities. We were originally booked at another hotel, which we were displeased with after the first night. I got on Booking.com and sought out other accommodations. I was worried that we would not find a place to stay due to the events in the city. I found Volga. I am so glad that we did. The hotel is amazing. Breakfast is a fabulous way to start your day. Just one block off the Avenida de La Reforma, So many restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel bar is a great place to wind up a long day. Excellent cocktails.
The staff is very attentive and pleasant. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Housekeeping was impeccable.
Bed was a bit low on a platform.
NA
The switcher of tap water is super difficult to switch on or off. It broke twice when I stayed. Not knowing why they design to switch on or off 45 degree angle instead of up and down or right and left.
My husband and I stayed at Volga for five nights. The hotel decor and our room were very chic. The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. The location was very central for a large city. We recommend this hotel.
