We stayed at La Mejor Hotel & Sky Bar during our first trip to Hanoi, and overall we had a really pleasant stay.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the main area, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars within walking distance. The area is lively and happening, and Grab rides can drop you right in front of the hotel lobby, which was very convenient, especially since we were travelling with my elderly parents and two kids.

Our room unfortunately had no window, which was the only downside of our stay. Other than that, everything was good and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was simple but had a nice variety and was more than enough to start the day.

The highlight for us was definitely the Sky Bar. The atmosphere was lovely, and we enjoyed the beautiful sunset views from up there. It was a great place to relax after a day of exploring Hanoi.

Overall, a convenient hotel in a great location, especially for families travelling with children and elderly parents. We enjoyed our stay and would happily consider staying here again.

Brilliant. I can recommend this to a friend.
Pros:

Cleanliness and staff were also very caring and engaging. Ebert was fantastic. Every concern was always immediately attended to. The restaurant on level 9 was brilliant. I had breakfast, lunch, and dinner several times and was very happy with the quality of food and service.

Hotel nel cuore del Old Quarter di Ha Noi, perfetto per visitare in 2-3 giorni la città
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per tre notti ad agosto 2026 durante il nostro viaggio in Vietnam e l'esperienza è stata positiva.

La posizione è uno dei principali punti di forza della struttura: si trova nel cuore della Old Quarter di Hanoi, una zona centrale e vivace, a pochi passi dal Lago Hoan Kiem con il Tempio Ngoc Son e dal Quartiere Francese. È quindi una base ideale per visitare la città e muoversi comodamente a piedi.

Le camere sono di dimensioni adeguate, ben realizzate e pulite. L'hotel si sviluppa su diversi piani e offre la colazione ad un piano più alto, con una piacevole vista sulla città. Tra i servizi disponibili ci sono il trasferimento da e per l'aeroporto, il servizio di massaggi e un ristorante interno.

Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la flessibilità della struttura: il nostro volo è arrivato molto presto al mattino e abbiamo potuto effettuare il check-in alle 5:00 pagando una notte aggiuntiva, opzione che si è rivelata molto comoda dopo il viaggio.

Un plauso speciale va allo staff, sempre estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Nonostante la zona sia particolarmente animata la sera, con numerosi ristoranti, bar e locali nelle immediate vicinanze, dalla camera non abbiamo percepito rumori o disturbi e abbiamo riposato molto bene.

Cons:

Il costo è stato assolutamente accessibile. Va considerato che in Vietnam il livello generale dei prezzi è piuttosto basso; probabilmente, rispetto alla media locale, l'hotel si colloca in una fascia medio-alta, anche se per chi desidera spendere meno sono disponibili alternative più economiche.

L'unico vero aspetto migliorabile riguarda la luminosità della stanza: avevamo scelto una tipologia con una finestra molto stretta e l'ambiente risultava piuttosto mancate di luce naturale.

Ottima struttura, camera enorme e bella. Colazione ampia e varia, tutto buonissimo. Personale gentilissimo

Cons:

Cambierei solo i materassi, troppo morbido probabilmente ha diversi anni e anche il Topper non aiuta molto. Ma ovviamente è una segnalazione molto soggettiva
