The room was clean. We requested an extra pillow and blanket, and they were provided without any hesitation. It was definitely worth the money.

Cons:

While my husband and I were sleeping, your staff rang the doorbell and entered the room immediately without waiting for us to answer the door. They assumed that no one was inside.
They informed us that their boss had instructed them to check the bathroom because the water flow was not good. However, it appears there was a lack of proper communication among the staff. We believe they should have confirmed whether the room was occupied and waited for our permission before entering, as this affected our privacy.

Good start to my visit, overall very good.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent - a good variety of tasty dishes. And good quantity of food. The hotel was bit more expensive, but the breakfast more than made up for it! Staff quite helpful too.

Cons:

Location still good but did initially seem a little out of way. Despite already having paid in full, I was still asked for a room deposit at arrival. Could be bit noisy at night & in the morning

Centre ville à 20/30 mn de marche
Grand centre commercial (Gurney Plazza) à 10 mn en taxi pour moins de 2€

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner mériterait d'être un peu plus varié et que les plats soient plus chauds mais il reste très convenable
