Neprimerna družinska soba za družine
Pros:

Lokacija je odlična, 5 minut hoda do Piazza dei Miracoli.

Cons:

Rezervirali smo družinsko sobo, vendar je bila to soba, ki je nameščena izzven hotela v vrtno uto, kar je mogoče primerno poleti, v hladnem, deževnem jesenskem vremenu pa ni bilo prijetno. Poleg tega to ni zares družinska soba, ampak soba prilagojena invalidnim osebam, zato je bila zlasti uporaba straniščne školjke zelo neudobna in za majhne otroke povsem neprimerna. Nič od tega tudi ni bilo omenjeno v opisu. Parkirišče na njihov zasebnem dvorišču je potrebno doplačati.

Location location. Just 100m from the tower.
Breakfast was great, the garden a treat, the building and decor beautiful. The parking on the property is perfect.

Cons:

Staff was not very friendly - probably a lot of guests misbehave, and they give you the feeling that they expect you to do the same. Total lack of trust.
It’s not a cheap place - I would have expected better lighting in the room (either dark or extremely lit) and a better extra bed (we slept with 5. The extra bed was not comfortable).

Beautiful hotel right next to Piazza dei Miracoli. Professional staff and service. Clean and pretty rooms. Magnificent garden. Also San Rossore train station within short walking distance. Absolutely must stay for next visit to Pisa.

Bella location esternamente, molto vicina a piazza dei miracoli. Lo staff è molto disponibile nonostante le difficoltà affrontate

Cons:

Innanzitutto sono state trovate formiche in stanza, a causa di una patatina rimasta per terra. Ciò suggerisce una scarsa pulizia della stanza. Inoltre spostando il letto per verificare che non ce ne fossero altre é stata trovata molta polvere sotto al letto (il mio ragazzo è allergico). Per quello che costa la suite é inaccettabile. Inoltre abbiamo passato la notte in bianco a causa di una quantità spropositata di zanzare (ne sono state uccise ALMENO 20).

The property was in a great location to visit the tower/cathedral. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The garden was an unexpected bonus.

Cons:

The AC was really noisy and kept us awake. Sound proofing didn’t seem great.
