Шукав, не знайшов
Приїхала до Львова по роботі й після потяга мала зовсім мало часу, щоб зібратися на зустріч. Потрібно було терміново випрасувати костюм — і дівчата мене просто врятували: поки я прийняла душ, усе вже було готове. Швидко та ідеально. Окреме вам за це дякую! Готель розташований просто на площі Ринок. Виходиш за двері — навколо музика, люди, сміх, справжній живий Львів. А повертаєшся до готелю — і там тиша та спокій. Не знаю, як їм це вдалося, але шумоізоляція чудова. На рецепції всі дуже привітні, на будь-яке прохання реагують одразу. У номері ідеально чисто, прибирання швидке й непомітне, є все необхідне. Дуже люблю повертатися в місця, де все просто добре і де про тебе справді дбають. Тож я вирішила продовжити проживання ще на кілька днів — і поки залишаюся у Львові у справах, із задоволенням насолоджуюся цим готелем і містом. Дуже рекомендую.
Чистота , зручний номер
Розташування добре але нема підʼїзду таксі , треба з чемоданами ідти по брусчатці , ране заселення тільки за додаткову плату а так все по часу , сніданки а ресторані який поряд , це дуже популярний ресторан в який на вулиці може бути черга і навіть якшо з готелю є вхід але може бути вже повна посадка і треба бути чекати
Чудове перебування! Готель дуже гарний, чистий і затишний. Персонал привітний, уважний та завжди готовий допомогти. Відпочинок залишив лише приємні враження. Із задоволенням рекомендую цей готель і обов’язково повернуся сюди ще раз!

The location was amazing, close to everything. However, as the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone, taxis cannot pick you up directly outside the hotel. We only had to walk about three minutes to a nearby pickup point to book a taxi.
The reception staff were excellent, always friendly and happy to help with anything we needed.
Our apartment was spacious and very clean. The sofa bed was large enough for two people to sleep comfortably. The apartment also had a well-equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, sink, small fridge-freezer, and everything needed to prepare simple meals. There was also a coffee machine, and we were provided with coffee capsules.
The hotel needs a little more attention to detail. For example, the housekeeping staff provided towels for only two people, even though there were four of us. The same happened with the bottled water, so I had to call and ask for extra supplies every day.
We also didn't like the breakfast service. It was quite difficult to find suitable food for the kids. Although there was a breakfast menu from which we could order, we felt the overall selection could have been more family-friendly.
