Compact but comfortable. Staff could be more friendly
Pros:

Great location. Easy to get to station or walk to local shops & attractions. Good amenities and room had everything you needed.

Cons:

Rooms were compact but not uncomfortable.

まぁいいけど。駅から遠い。
Pros:

ロビー周りがゆったりしてて、無料のスタバのコーヒーもあり快適。

Cons:

難波駅から遠く、かなり歩きます。入り口もわかりにくい。室内の設計が外国人だと思われ、色々と他のビジネスホテルとは違います。仕事できるはデスクはありません。お風呂は湯船の横にシャワーがある家タイプ。トイレは別です。

El desayuno podria ser mejor y mi habitacion daba a las vias de los trenes. No llego a molestar mucho pero se escucha.

Osaka stay
Pros:

Nice room though my view was non existent. Otherwise a very nice hotel, good value breakfast, laundry facilities.

My view was on a raised parking structure making the room dark at all times.

Overall a good stay for the value but I wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Location Starbucks coffee for guest was great.

Cons:

Carpets looked horrible and I had horrible allergies upon arrival to the hotel seemed so dusty.

Great location, but toilet hygiene needs major improvement
Pros:

I absolutely loved the location, which is extremely near the train station and makes it very easy to go anywhere. The staff were also incredibly helpful. On top of that, having free Starbucks drinks during the stay was a fantastic and much-appreciated perk!

Cons:

However, I was very disappointed with the hygiene of the toilet. Specifically, the bidet nozzle (the spray used after using the toilet) had visible stains and residue on it, which felt very unhygienic. Given that this is a hotel in Japan, I expected a much higher and stricter standard of cleanliness. It definitely needs deep and regular cleaning.
Additionally, the trash can in the toilet was way too small and impractical for daily use.

Comfortable stay in a great location.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Loved the free coffee and lounge area at reception. Location to shop and restaurants perfect. We could stream onto TV with our devices. Quiet location and occasionally heard trains passing but no interruption to sleep. Curtains blocked the 4:30am sunrise well.

Cons:

Rooms were a little tight for room with 3 people. Distance from airport limousine bus was far to walk with luggage.
