Excellentl experience and great value for money.
Pros:

It was located near shopping malls (including many restaurants) and the railway station for the metro services. The staff were excellent, from the reception team to the housekeeping team. The reception staff walked us to the taxi that she had booked for us and waited to wave to us goodbye as we left in the taxi. The housekeeping staff checked with us on whether we were satisfied with the work they had done and if we needed their assistance. Starbucks coffee was available free of charge in the hotel lobby.

Cons:

Located a distance away from the Shinkansen station. We needed to take a taxi.

Great hotel
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. The free Starbucks drinks is a nice touch and very much appreciated by the group

Cons:

Location is a wee tad further from where the action is than we would have preferred as walking back after a whole day’s shopping is quite tiring

Well located, a short walk from the Nankai Namba Station. The free drinks were a welcome addition.
Pros:

The room was spacious, the bathrooms and toilets were clean, the kitchenette was well-provisioned, the bed was big and comfortable, but the pillows were a bit small and a bit hard.

Best location and hotel, will definitely recommend.
Pros:

Located near Namba Kansai station itself, just a short walk across the garden and mall patio. It’s walking distance to convenience stores, malls and eateries (including Halal restaurants). Hotel is clean and well maintained.
