Un apartamento muy cómodo con todas las necesidades. Muy limpio y todo funcionó correctamente. Fácil acceso y amplio. El servicio de atención muy majos y contestan rápido a los mensajes, nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitábamos. Muchas gracias!
Si te toca la habitación 1 mala suerte, cada vez que entren al edificio escucharás el timbre y estruendo ruido que hace el portal al abrirse. Procura que no te toque ese.

Πεντακάθαρο, το ότι παρείχε και πλυντήριο για εμας ήταν καταπληκτικό.
Το προτείνω σιγουρα και αν ξαναέρθουμε Κρητη θα ειναι σίγουρα η πρωτη μου επιλογή

Και παρέχει και δυνατότητα είτε να μαγειρέψεις να πλύνεις και να σιδερώσεις
Πολύ μοντέρνος και καθαρός χώρος στο κέντρο της σουδας

היה מאוד קשה למצוא את המקום
L’appartamento è molto facile da raggiungere e c’è un parcheggio privato a 300 metri. L’arredamento è nuovo e moderno e i locali molto puliti. Il check-in è stato semplice e veloce, come anche la comunicazione con la struttura.
Noi eravamo all’appartamento numero 1, adiacente al portone di ingresso, il cui meccanismo di apertura è estremamente rumoroso; pertanto, siamo stati svegliati ogni volta che qualcuno rientrava a casa la notte. La sera si sentivano anche musica e voci provenienti dalla strada, quindi non abbiamo riposato bene. In più, non c’era privacy, in quanto le grandi finestre affacciano sulla strada e c’è solo la tapparella oscurante e non una tenda leggera per il giorno. Infine, la posizione è vantaggiosa solo nel caso si debba prendere un traghetto (e non come opzione in cui passare la notte se si ha un volo la mattina presto da Chania, come nel nostro caso) in quanto non ci sono ristoranti validi per cenare né luoghi per passeggiare la sera e il quartiere è molto anonimo.

We had a wonderful stay at Souda Plaza Collection! The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The location in Souda was perfect—quiet, yet close to shops, restaurants, and just a short drive from Chania.
Check-in was smooth, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
I highly recommend Souda Plaza Collection to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Crete. I would definitely stay here again!
Ηταν σε κεντρικό σημείο της Σούδας ακριβώς δίπλα στο λιμάνι. Καθαρο και σχετικά άνετο.
Ίσως από τα πιο «άβολα» δωμάτια που έχω μείνει. Μου έδωσαν το δωμάτιο νούμερο 1 ακριβώς δίπλα στην πόρτα της εισόδου. Δεν μπορούσα να κοιμηθώ όλο το βράδυ καθώς η πόρτα άνοιγε και έκλεινε συνεχώς ακριβώς δίπλα μου. Επίσης το διαμέρισμα μου ήταν ακριβώς πάνω στο δρόμο, με μεγάλη τζαμαρία η οποία με άφηνε σε κοινή θέα. Έπρεπε να έχω συνεχώς κατεβασμένα τα στόρια ώστε να υπάρχει ιδιωτικότητα στο χώρο. Θα έπρεπε να αποτελούσε με ξεχωριστή κατηγορία δωματίου ώστε να γνωρίζω εκ των προτέρων τι θα συναντήσω
Posizione comoda per raggiungere porto e aeroporto, ottimo sistema di check in e check out, camera spaziosa e fornita di tutto.

La ubicación, lo bonito que era y la facilidad de aparcar cerca, lo bien que olía todo el edificio y habitaciones, increíble había de todo. La chica de la limpieza un amor.

Overall, we had a great stay. Even though we arrived very late at night, Stella arranged our check-in in the best possible way, and we were able to access the room without any issues.
The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It was stylishly designed, comfortable, and well-equipped. Finding a parking spot was easy.
The room had good sound insulation, but when the nightclub across the street got particularly loud, some noise could still be heard. Other than that, I can honestly say the stay was flawless. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
