Now the place was clean. Its some of the guests ruining the experience.

Cons:

The people above me stomped THE ENTIRE night. I told the manager he did nothing really because they kept stomping. And to make matters worse they would NOT open the door.

Cons:

Beds were rock hard. Not enough pillows or towels and we're told they didnt have extra to give us. No in room amenities such as blow dryer or kitchenette items etc.

No an smoke free hotel.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t smoke free + weed smell even that at check-in you sign a form about it showing a fine of $109 if you do it in the property. My family has asthma. The hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t stay the night. Basically losing our money, still waiting for the hotel to approve our refund.

Good location but terrible sleep

Good location. Check in was easy and the gentleman at check in was nice

Cons:

No ice available. There are not curtains on the windows only a simple blind so the sun woke me up early. I had arrived late at night so I was hoping to sleep in. They also allow pets and a dog started barking at 6 AM and didn’t stop until after 8. The bed was a metal frame only with a very thin sheet / thin blanket. So sleep was terrible.
