Pros:

Staff was helpful, clean, located in the center of town . Could walk anywhere within town. No taxi needed. Will come back

El Hotel sin duda está muy ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, por donde puedes visitar a pie varios puntos de interés.

Cons:

Rentamos una habitación para cinco personas, la cual no está mal pero tiene muchas deficiencias en términos de espacio. Si tiene un pequeño buró y un pequeño taburete pero son deficientes para cinco personas no tienes donde colocar tus pertenencias no tienes donde poner las maletas todo tiene que ir al suelo, y la habitación están reducida, o pones maletas o caminas entre los espacios disponibles. Algo que definitivamente no sirve y no es funcional es el baño, ya que son baños súper pequeños e incómodos, donde al sentarte en el inodoro te queda la pared en las narices, para salir de la regadera también es bastante incómodo que rosas con la taza del baño, la regadera aunque tiene presión de agua los orificios echan micro chorros de agua en todas direcciones. De igual forma considerar que no tiene estacionamiento en el Hotel aunque puedes estacionarte exactamente frente a recepción y ellos te ofrecen vigilar tu vehículo, la ciudad mascota es una ciudad muy tranquila y la verdad no tuvimos ningún inconveniente en términos de seguridad..

Kudos all around
Pros:

Mascota is charming (cobblestone streets, colorfully painted homes, lively town square anchored by a beautiful church, small anthropology museum) and this hotel with great tile work and comfortable interior courtyards fits right in to the atmosphere.

Cons:

Step up to the bathroom could be a trip hazard for some.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location
Pros:

Amazing location, right in beautiful downtown Mascota. Steps from the main plaza. The people were wonderfully friendly. Coffee was available in the public areas. The hotel was gorgeous, with beautiful plants and a fountain to enjoy.

Cons:

The rooms were a tad small, but that's not unexpected in a quaint place like this.

La atención del personal. Estuvimos encerrados por temas desafortunados que se suscitaron de inseguridad en gran parte del país, pero el personal del hotel en todo momento vieron por el bien y seguridad de sus huespedes

Cons:

Mucho ruido de la calle desde muy temprano y al estar ubicada nuestra habitación junto a la ropería desde muy temprano se escuchaba mucho ruido
