Su personal es increíble, quedo encantada.

Cons:

Que no nos avisaron que podíamos tomar agua del grifo, jajaja. Y éramos muy intensas pidiendo que nos llenaran el termo

Boas instalações e ótima localização, mas o atendimento ruim da equipe prejudicou significativamente a experiência.

Limpeza impecável, quartos confortáveis e instalações bem conservadas. A localização também é um ponto positivo, ficando próxima ao centro e facilitando o deslocamento pela cidade.

Cons:

O atendimento dos funcionários deixou muito a desejar. Em diversos momentos a equipe demonstrou grosseria, falta de cordialidade e pouca disposição para ajudar os hóspedes. Além disso, o café da manhã é apenas razoável, com pouca variedade e abaixo do esperado para a categoria do hotel.

Só não é excelente por causa da equipe.
Pros:

Localização e estrutura do hotel muito boas. Os quartos e banheiros são novos, espaçosos e limpos. A cama é muito boa também. O estacionamento publico é um pouco limitado mas existem vagas de graça no subsolo do hotel que não são divulgadas.

Cons:

Em frente ao hotel alguns praticantes de samba se reunem normalmente às segunda, fazendo bastante barulho até as 22 ou 23h, é incomodo. Pode ter sido apenas no meu quarto, mas mesmo após reclamar na recepção a geladeira não funciona a contento. O café da manha não é marcante e o atendimento de parte da equipe deixa bastante a desejar, como de costume na ilha. Além de não serem muito gentis de forma geral, tive um ocorrido durante a noite em que precisava de apoio do housekeeping (entupimento no banheiro) e mesmo sendo em horário aceitável - antes das 20h, fiquei sem atendimento até o dia seguinte.
