Instalaciones bonitas La comodidad, limpieza y descanso
Cerca del centro caminando.

Cons:

Deberían variar el desayuno. cambiar el sistema de en medio del desayuno estar firmando la factura si esta incluido.

The breakfast was basically the same each day with not alot of options for pescatarians

Cons:

The bathroom was never refilled with towels, and toiletries. I asked for a kettle to brew tea and none was sent during my 4 night stay. I had to keep asking and I found that to be annoying

Nos gustó las instalaciones
Las habitaciones son MUY cómodas, modernas, bien iluminadas.
El personal del hotel es amable en general.

Cons:

NO nos gustó el convenio que tienen con el restaurante.
El personal del restaurante no es amable.
No atienden adecuadamente y me parece que les falta mucho servicio al cliente con el turista y el extranjero
Parecen de mal genio siempre, no atienden amablemente , esto le daña la reputación al hotel.

The location is excellent, with all major attractions within walking distance. The accommodations are spacious and contemporary, and the breakfast service is exceptional.

Cons:

The housekeeping service was unsatisfactory. We were required to contact the reception desk to request essential amenities such as soap and toilet paper, as well as to arrange for an expedited cleaning service. Given the price point, one would reasonably anticipate returning from the beach at 4 PM to a prepared room.
