Pros:

Super locatie dicht bij OV en heel veel ook op wandelafstand.

Kamer goed ingericht waardoor veel ruimte ondanks het aantal m3. Personeel aardig, bij vragen beantwoorden ze dit meteen correct.

Water gefilterd waardoor wegwerpflesjes niet meer nodig.

Cons:

Zwembad prima, alleen heel jammer dat er geen tot weinig schaduw wordt gecreerd hierdoor als je midden op de dag even een break neemt met een duik is er geen mogelijkheid om bij het zwembad te blijven zitten.

Very comfortable room and friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices. I loved the pool!

Really great location, 2mins from the metro, great staff who could not have been more helpful.

Pool was lovely and very quiet when I was there.

Room was comfortable with complimentary snacks and drinks that were topped up every day. Shower could do with being a bit more powerful but totally fine.

Lovely coffee shop and cafe in the Atrium.

Cons:

It would be nice if the rooftop bar area was used. I don't know if it it because I went in the shoulder season in September but it wasn't available or advertised.

They also don't mention it on their website at all so I think they may not use it at all any more.

Great place to stay for a few days in Singapore
Pros:

Bed: Comfortable with nice sheets.

Shower: Large rain shower head is nice but not the most powerful, however there is a handheld shower that is more powerful that I used to wash my hair. Good temperature.

Space: Compact room but everything you need for a few nights.

Amenities: Free filtered water tap in the bathroom. Good WiFi although I needed to reconnect every day. Rooms serviced and fresh towels daily. Nice roof top pool area, we didn't use the pool but sat up there on the beds for a while. Free ice cream between 3pm-6pm, we didn't make use of this every day as we were out but did one day, its not the best ice cream but a nice touch.

Staff: Friendly and efficient.

Location: Good location opposite a shopping centre which was good for breakfast (Starbucks) and close to a couple of MRT stations (Dhoby Ghaut, Bencoolen and Fort Canning) . Clean, safe streets.

Noise: Quiet.

Aircon: Very good at keeping the room cold.

Would I recommend: Yes

Very happy and comfortable.
Pros:

Favorable was: location, cleanliness, staff friendliness and all the extras- coffee, fridge, toothpaste and how quiet it was. The shower always had hot water 👏

Cons:

Disappointed there was no safe but it was never advertised! The corridors were dark. Room was a bit small but I was happy!

Great staff, ok stay
Pros:

The nicest staff! So helpful, they let me check in earlier. The room was really clean. Location- it is close to restaurants, cafés, public transport.
