Piscina em obras. Só fui avisada após o check in que não era possível utilizar a piscina. Foi esta comodidade que me levou a escolher este hotel e não estava a funcionar

Location, staff and cleanliness all excellent

Cons:

The pool, one of main reasons we chose this hotel, was closed for maintenance and they had not told us until check in.

Pros:

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and modern. Location was a 5 minute walk from Doby Ghaut station so only a short train ride into downtown without paying the downtown accommodation prices

Pros:

Die Lage war gut. Wir konnten schon Morgens um 6 Checkin machen, allerdings gegen Aufpreis. Schwimmbad oben auf dem Dach war herrlich.

An OK experience, no more, no less.
Pros:

This is very much a 'what you see is what you get' hotel - a bit tired but OK in most respects, well situated about 400 yards from a decent shopping centre, with young and enthusiastic staff who were reasonably responsive for the most part. The pool on the roof-top was a bonus.

Cons:

The air-con system in our room was erratic and hard to operate and the breakfast choices very limited and poorly displayed.

Charming hosts, great location and excellent facilities who could ask for more!
Pros:

We had brilliant service with smallish rooms but they were very clean and we had a huge bed. The hotel is also very well located.

Pros:

Great location. The hotel is modern. The staff was helpful upon check-in. The room size wasn't huge, but it was enough for a night. It has a rooftop pool, which is a great extra.

The bathroom wasn't great. It felt a bit worn. There was a weird smell in the pool area.

Schönes, modernes Hotel mit tollem Rooftop Pool
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und modern. Das Highlight war definitiv der Pool auf dem Dach!
Außerdem haben wir uns sehr über das kostenlose Zimmer-Upgrade gefreut.
