Having eventually found our way around without climbing too many hills we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The location we thought was good but not suitable for elderly as many hills around. It was very quiet with the shutters drawn and the balcony was good for drying clothes.

Cons:

It was in a poorish neighbourhood with many car and motorbike service centre's. With over 50 channels and not one with English as main broadcaster. Found a dubbed one only for music.

A bit disappointed with our hot tub experience but overall a great place to stay - would book again
Pros:

Spacious clean accommodation, comfy beds and close to the centre. No visible staff at the property but very responsive to WhatsApp messages etc. great luggage storage and gym area. View from the rooftop is lovely

Cons:

We booked the jacuzzi for a 3 hour slot. The email offering extra services quoted €50 euros for three hours. When booking it then said (less than 24 hours later) that it was €60 and only for 2 people - it was an extra €10 for a third person. Paid €70 for three people and received all the access codes etc. when we got there there was only two sunbeds, two towels and two bathrobes despite booking for 3 people. The hot tub wasn’t hot, it was luke warm although it did get warmer by the end of our three hours. Still enjoyed our three hours but if booking make sure you ask for it to be turned on earlier and advise how many sunbeds, towels and robes you need.

Great experience would go back, bit of a walk into the centre say 10 mins, fine for us but worth knowing.
Pros:

Loved how secure this property was, gated keypad entrance, solid doors, great facility’s, hair dryer, iron, kitchen equipped, I would stay here again for sure!

Cons:

The images show the rooms in immaculate condition and were taken following the last refurbishment.

Price was high and was expecting what I saw in the images.

We stayed in the junior suite room number 1 and while they still present well, some areas now appear a little worn. The sofa was very worn out and tatty, thrown better out (see pics below).

These are, of course, personal observations relating to cosmetic aspects only and are offered as an honest opinion.

Beautiful room, beautiful stay!
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful room and location, had everything you needed from a kitchen to a microwave, a couch and a TV! The blackout curtains that came down with the button were such a huge treat!!

Cons:

Had some trouble with check in, my flight landed late and the owners/property managers did not give me any code or information on how to get into the hotel since both doors were locked, even after informing them on my arrival time. Took calling the phone number multiple times to get someone to give me a code.

Didn't meet our expectations.
Pros:

The apartment is an easy 10-minute walk to the Acropolis and Plaka, and a good selection of cafes and restaurants. There was a supermarket about 5-minute walk away.

Cons:

The property does not have anyone on-site. Despite communicating our arrival time with the property in advance, we were not provided with the access code and had to wait outside with our luggage for almost an hour until someone finally responded to our messages. The apartment is in a back-street location and our taxi driver struggled to find it. The street is narrow and very steep. Some items in the apartment were well worn, and the patio door didn't lock from one side. The sink in the bathroom was cracked and the hairdryer didn't work. There is no safe in the property. There was no information inside the apartment about the local area, it would have been helpful to know there was a supermarket 5-minutes away for example.

Abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio morto il secondo giorno e non hanno fatto niente per risolvere. Ho dovuto farmi coraggio e l'ho messo fuori in balcone , solo dopo 3 giorni è stato tolto. C'erano peli in bagno, polvere ovunque e gli utensili da cucina sporchi.

Tolle Lage, herzliche Details und eine fantastische Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool und Akropolis-Blick.
Pros:

Schöne Unterkunft mit unkompliziertem Check-in und Check-out, liebevollen Gastgeschenken, täglichem Handtuchservice sowie einer traumhaften Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool und grandiosem Blick auf die Akropolis – dazu nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. 😊

Cons:

Kleine Abzüge gibt es lediglich bei der Sauberkeit, die an einigen Stellen noch etwas sorgfältiger hätte sein können.
