Staff was cordial

Cons:

Facilities of coffee was kept near the lift hot water also had to be taken from near the lift . I'm a heart patient and my husband a lung patient how can we keep going soo far for hot water . We even had to take our own luggage it was good staff helped to drop our luggage but we had to bring our own luggage down

Cons:

The rooms are tiny. Also the toilets. Breakfast was ok. Absence of cleanliness in corridors and restaurant. No kettle provided in Executive rooms with are charged @Rs. 5300/-. No service available after 11.00 pm . You have to carry your own luggage
