Good location for a visit to Santa Cruz pier
Pros:

Good location, large modern and clean rooms

Cons:

Noisy , can hear the neighbors above when they walk in their room.

Pros:

We visited Santa Cruz to celebrate our anniversary. After looking through dozens of hotel rooms we settled on La Quinta based on the good reviews. We’ve never stayed in a La Quinta before and this was our first time. It definitely won’t be our last time. Upon check in I was greeted by Jose, who ended up upgrading my wife and I to a suite instead of a standard room. My wife was elated the entire trip and kept asking throughout if we had pay the higher price for the suite. She couldn’t believe how kind of Jose it was to upgrade us. The room was super clean and offered a balcony with a sliding patio door. They do offer parking in their under ground access controlled garage. Parking is limited so if you park don’t plan to leave again or you might end up street parking. We were pretty close to the boardwalk and restaurants so we fortunately could walk everywhere. All in all the stay was perfect and we will definitely be back again.

Great Stay, Free Breakfast, Worth It!
Pros:

I liked the free breakfast and the balcony that came with the room I chose which was the Queen Ocean View. We were a family of 7 and the room was big enough for all of us. 2 adults and 5 children. There was a pull out bed which was great. Staff was awesome, no complaints.

Cons:

Well when I checked in I was charged for the room again. I paid 2 days before our stay and when I got there I was charged again. That was basically our spending money. The manager was nice and helpful with the situation. However, I didn't get refunded until I checked out. But this didn't happen to me before so, I wouldn't hold it against them and will still book with them again. In the end the problem was resolved. Because of this incident I rated my stay an 8, otherwise it would be a 10

Pros:

The rooms staff and parking were phenomenal the pool was crowded and only 3 feet deep but it was amazing and so close to the beach and boardwalk access was amazing price was wonderful and so was breakfast

Wir haben nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht und waren insgesamt zufrieden.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren gross und bequem

Cons:

Als wir ankamen, war die Klimaanlage auf extrem kalt eingestellt. Es gibt keinen Frühstücksraum, man frühstückt in der Lobby.
