The soft bed, quality bedding and good powerful A/C in room
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Hotel, Outstanding Staff, Unexpected Detective Agency Included
The hotel itself was excellent. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and everything was in great condition. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.
On my first night, I headed out with a local friend in search of the usual tourist cultural experiences: a little weed, a few beers, and a tuk-tuk adventure. Unfortunately, somewhere along the way I somehow became the proud owner of $65 worth of counterfeit US dollars. Not the souvenir I had planned on bringing home.
After explaining my predicament to the hotel staff, they sprang into action like a team of Cambodian Sherlock Holmes enthusiasts. They were incredibly helpful and played a major role in identifying where the fake money had originated. Their willingness to help with a problem that wasn’t really of their making was genuinely impressive and very much appreciated.
The night staff did occasionally struggle to distinguish between male and female guests after my evenings out, although in fairness I wasn’t exactly providing them with textbook examples. However, they quickly adapted and soon realised that my daily appearance for breakfast at 7am was less a sign of being an early riser and more a sign that some people consider 7am to be an acceptable bedtime.
All jokes aside, this is a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff who clearly care about their guests. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff went far above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect.
Highly recommended. Just be more careful with your dollars than I was.
The heat in the sky/sun bar, more fans for guests are needed, it’s very hot for fat people from cold climates
Beautiful staff that couldn’t do enough for you . Lovely comfortable rooms with a big bathroom. Two minutes walk to pub street or night market , very easy to get to most places from there .

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us throughout our trip.
They helped arrange several activities for us including airport pickup, private tuk-tuk tours around Angkor Wat and the countryside, as well as an Apsara dinner show. Even though our AirAsia flight was delayed for almost 2 hours, the airport pickup driver still patiently waited for us.
The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and came with a nice balcony. We were also satisfied with the hotel facilities and the food served during breakfast. The location was excellent and convenient for exploring Siem Reap, with many attractions nearby.
There was only a small miscommunication regarding a leaking bathroom bidet during our stay. We informed the front desk, but initially there was some confusion as the staff thought the air-conditioner was leaking instead. However, the issue was clarified afterwards and it did not affect our overall experience.
