Very good, with a wide variety of breakfast options, including healthy, organic, and child-friendly choices.
The ongoing construction around the hotel, the lack of a gym and swimming pool, the limited availability of cutlery, particularly teaspoons and the absence of glasses in the room somewhat affected the overall stay experience. Addressing these areas would significantly enhance guests’ comfort and experience.

Le petit dejeuner était fabuleux, je vais retourner pour déguster d'avantage. La chambre était agreeable, grande, proper et bien équipée et salle de bains comfortable avec douche de toilette et une grande douche italienne (walk in shower)
Belle vue sur la ville, l'hotel comprend les étages supérieures du Koki Tower. Fourniture de qualité.
L'air de la climatisation a une petite odeur de moisie au démarage. Il faut probablement juste faire un entretien/nettoyage. Si c'est point est corrigé l'hotel est parfait.
This was my 2nd ever stay at this hotel and it's about the same as it was last time. Breakfast was good, mixture of continental and traditional Ugandan foods. Restaurant food is great quality and quantity. Good central location.
Beds are still a bit hard for liking. You do get used to them after a while but still it's a common complaint I've seen in reviews before.

Das Frühstück war fantastisch und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Unser Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und top eingerichtet.
Im Restaurant servieren sie sehr gutes Internationales Essen, besonders autentischhe indische Gerichte.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, so dass man andere Orte in Kampala gut erreichen kann.
Mit der guten Lage kömmt auch der Verkehrslärm am Tage.
I travel to Kampala regularly and Koki has become my base every time. Very clean and comfortable, centrally located, friendly staff. Being able to check in any time is a winner and what sets this hotel apart from everywhere else, I never have to worry about waiting around for an afternoon check in after a long flight when I arrive in the morning. I really appreciate being able to get to the hotel and check straight in.
No complaints. The one thing that would make it even better would be if a safe was provided in the room. In the years I’ve been staying here I’ve never had concerns about security, but the added peace of mind would be a great addition.

The hotel is wonderful. A tremendous amount of effort is clearly being put into it. Excellent value for money.
The staff are unbelievably friendly and genuinely eager to help you in every possible way—Samuel, Harold, the elevator attendant, and the lady responsible for housekeeping.
A very comfortable place, excellent value for money, and cleanliness that is unusually impressive for Africa.
The location is right in the city center and is excellent. It’s a little crowded, but honestly, that’s not a major drawback.
To be completely objective, I really couldn’t find any significant disadvantages, especially considering the reasonable price and the fact that breakfast is included and quite good.
It’s not a five-star hotel, but it offers excellent value for money, and I left feeling completely satisfied with my stay
