The location, the room.
Pool service was excellent, the life guards were very friendly with the kids area, offered arm bands and pool toys, as well as drinks in coolers, and always asked if we needed anything, especially brother Rahul.
Afternoon Tea was amazing. We were served by Buena. She was lovely and polite.
Kids Club was great, Hannah was the staff member that looked after our kids. She was exceptional.
Service was slow at breakfast.
You have to order your eggs, and wait about 15 mins for your order. They got it right 1/3.
You order coffee, you have to wait 15 mins, then end up going to the coffee bar and asking for an update. Again with the eggs, sometimes they got it right. There were times I overhead other customers complaining how they got theor orders wrong.
The issue is that the breakfast area is pretty small compared to other luxury hotels, which is fine as it was never full and never busy. Yet, they still managed to make mistakes in orders and delay them. One tall staff member (apologies forgot his name) seemed to be the main manager. He was great as he would personally come over, ask for assistance and then follow up. Whereas the others looked lost. They need stepping up.
Also buffet options were OK, I've had better options in other hotels.
