فقط لي يبي يحجز يتاكد انو فندق والدورف Lusail لي فيه بحر و مسبح والعاب للاطفال راح يستانسون وليس west Bay لي مافيه اي مكان للاطفال او للفعاليات اهم نقطه

الاكل غير لائق تماما لاي شخص عربي راح تاكل صيني او امريكي مظهر فقط مافي اكل مناسب في كلا المطعمين وفي صوره تحت تبين ذلك طلعنا وما قدرنا ناكله ابدا
كل نزلاء الفندق تطلب اكل من برا هذا لي لاحظته في اقامتي فيه
يعني بتدفع مبلغ وقدره وتتصادف باكل غير ثقافتنا
الفطور كان بوفيه عالمي في مطعم بطابق اول جدا ممتاز
بركة السباحة في اخر طابق مع سقف مسكر غير مناسبه تماما وجدا صغيره
طلعنا قبل الوقت لانه مافي اي مكان تروح له بالفندق عباره عن مبيت فقط

Deeply Disappointed: Substandard Service Unfitting of the Waldorf Astoria Brand
Pros:

I truly appreciated the warm welcome, professionalism, and consistent smiles from the reception and hotel staff. Their friendly attitude was a positive aspect of my arrival. The location is good also.

Cons:

I chose to stay at the Waldorf Astoria West Bay Doha expecting the exceptional luxury and flawless service that this prestigious brand is known for. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing and fell far short of these expectations.
Upon arrival, I handed over my car keys to the valet. When I requested my car later, I was forced to wait for over 20 minutes. This delay occurred exactly at the Maghrib call to prayer while I was fasting and urgently needed to take my medication. The staff had misplaced my car; they were disorganized, kept asking each other where it was, and repeatedly asked me for the ticket number despite the fact that I had already handed the ticket directly to the employee. To make matters worse, when the driver finally brought the car, he accelerated aggressively (flooring the gas pedal) right in front of me, recklessly trying to make up for the delay at the expense of my vehicle’s mechanics.
Additionally, the luggage delivery to my room was severely delayed, taking more than 30 minutes to arrive.
The valet parking policy was equally frustrating and inconsistent. I offered to pay extra for valet parking to keep my car in the front driveway instead of the underground garage. I was initially told by one employee that the front spaces were strictly reserved for management. However, I noticed a relative's car parked right there. When I questioned another employee, the story changed, and I was told that those spots were only for "VIP car brands like BMW." This contradiction was highly unprofessional.
While I cannot deny the friendliness and welcoming smiles of the reception and hotel staff, the overall operational service was completely unacceptable for a luxury establishment. There are numerous hotels in Doha of similar tier—such as The Bentley Luxury Hotel, Delta Hotels by Marriott, or Riviera—that offer far better service at a much more reasonable price point.

This was a perfect stay on all asects, clean, smells wonderful, amenities were very useful, quite, calming atmosphere and luxurious feel. An exceptional hotel
