Pros:

It has always been my dream to check in at this hotel, and the experience exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, Shahid at reception welcomed us with genuine greetings and a smile. We were delighted to receive an upgraded room, and the highlight was the huge bath tub.

The wellness facilities were exceptional — the sauna combined with the ice experience was something I had never tried before, and it was amazing. Sabrina went above and beyond by decorating for my son’s 8th birthday, while Yasmine kindly arranged a late check‑out so we could enjoy more time together.

At the restaurant MURU, Muhie and his colleague (I believe Shamam and the lady in white, in the photo) were incredibly thoughtful and graceful in their service. Every detail was handled with care, and my kids were astonished by the entire stay.

We truly loved our time here — from the hospitality to the little surprises, it was an unforgettable experience. 💙

Cons:

The pool is 1.5meter and it was not expected. Kids will enjoy more if a little shallow.

Great stay
Pros:

We spend one night for my daughter's birthday. The room is big and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The indoor pool is nice and has a good temperature, the breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of options.
